Charming and contemporary, this 2 BEDROOM/1 BATH apartment is ideally located on Upper King Street, at the edge of Marion Square. Within short walking distance are top notch shops and restaurants including Halls Chophouse, The Darling Oyster Bar, Parcel 32, O-Ku, and Kudu Coffee & Craft Beer. Private parking is directly behind the building, so you can leave your car and walk everywhere in the heart of downtown Charleston.
The open living room and kitchen with breakfast bar offer the perfect place to start your day. Two comfortable bedrooms (one bedroom with KING BED, one with a QUEEN BED) share a nearby full bathroom. Feel at home with a well-appointed kitchen, free Wi-Fi and cable TV (each bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable).
Throughout the summer, enjoy the farmer's market around the corner in Marion Square with local artists, vendors & farmers. All year long, Second Sunday on King Street (happening on the second Sunday of each month) shuts down Lower King for a “shop & stroll” featuring street vendors and performers, live music, dining and shopping.
As a second story apartment, there is a set of stairs to access the rental (no elevator available). One off-street parking spot is included.
Access
Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests' stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well.
Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes. Additionally, requests can be made for your Concierge to meet you at the property upon check-in. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you'll enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.
We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through CSA Travel Insurance. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
We have temporarily adjusted our cancellation policy to allow for flexibility to help you make the right decisions regarding travel at this time. Please inquire with out team for additional details.
Minimum rental age is 25.

PERFECT location!
This property was absolutely perfect for our 4-person gals trip to Charleston. Located right by all of the shops, restaurants, and bars we wanted to go to, we didn’t have to get into an Uber a single time over the weekend. Check in and check out process was an absolute breeze and the apartment had all the space we needed, including one parking spot right out back. Five stars all around, highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed the apartment, its location, the Parking Spot! Walked everywhere and also hired the pedi-cabs on the corner for longer distances. Smooth check-in, great communication, everything needed for an enjoyable extended weekend or longer. Don’t hesitate to book here.

Loves this place!! The apartment is conveniently located on King Street within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc. Check in/ checkout was super easy and the texts letting us know if the owners could help in anyway were great. Definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay
First off let me say the listing is extremely accurate, from pictures to location and other reviews. The check in process was extremely easy, communication with management was quick and easy. The location of the unit is second to none. It was perfect and walking distance to everything! The unit is not entirely kid friendly but nor does it say it is. We had a couple of small issues, the host was more then willing to accommodate extremely quickly, and great communication and updates were given. Absolutely would stay here again and at any of their other properties!

Convenient location on King Street, clean and comfortable place with modern decor. Only 1 parking spot for a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment FYI, but otherwise all around wonderful stay and would recommend.

Family Getaway
We stayed for 3 nights last week and loved this apartment. The location was perfect for sightseeing and dining. Also a big bonus to have a parking spot. Only thing I would add is that from this apartment you can hear the Saturday evening noise from King Street. We brought a small sound machine and it completely diffused the sound. Would most definitely stay here again!

Amazing location
I recently went to Charleston for a girls’ weekend and we stayed at this property. The location is on King Street, right in the heart of everything. We walked to restaurants, bars, tours and took a short uber ride to the beach - there’s no reason to rent a car if you stay here. The apartment itself was great and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Charles King Street condo
Very clean condo that had everything we needed. Perfect city llocation, walk out the door to restaurants and shops. Only drawback was a musty odor due to the age of the building. This is common in a lot of Charleston, so still giving it five stars. Nice and attentive host, complete with gifts at check in!
