We implemented a strict cleaning protocol to provide a safe and clean environment for you to enjoy. Our location is second to none! We are immediately across from the City Market, the best location in historic downtown.
This slice of heaven is the ideal place for a romantic getaway, a couple's weekend retreat or a memorable celebration of life. This studio has been especially sought after with honeymooners, guests celebrating their anniversaries, birthdays and engagements and visitors who enjoy the superb location.
The 5 star deluxe studio has been lovingly restored to keep the elegance of yesteryear with all the modern luxuries and conveniences. The studio is charming, well appointed, private (only two studios in our building) and secure (multiple key less entry locks). A custom kitchenette is available in your room with a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishes and utensils. We provide soaps and towels, coffee, water and chocolates! You are sure to enjoy sweet dreams in our queen plush pillow top mattress dressed with 1800 (!) count linens.
Park your car (self-parking at a discounted rate is available in a covered and camera secured garage only one block from the suites) and never get back in it if dining in the many acclaimed restaurants, sightseeing, shopping, antiquing and discovering the splendor and beauty of Charleston is your goal.
Relax on our cozy slate patio or in the sitting area in the foyer, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, a glass of wine, to read a book on Charleston or to catch up on your emails using our free WiFi.

Nice little spot in the perfect location!
This little place had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The room was clean and cozy and we made use of the covered porch on Monday as we watched the hurricane roll in. Having creamers and waters in the fridge was such a nice and thoughtful touch. We could have used some hooks or a coat rack in the entryway to hang our rain jackets, but other than that we wouldn’t change a thing! We visit Charleston often and will surely book this spot again!

Awesome Place and Location to see Charleston
Place was very clean organized and perfect for staying downtown . The place even overlooked the market and the hustle and bustle of the people shopping up and down Market street , we parked our car in city garage a block when we checked in and didn’t need car until leaving , we walked all over town shopping, art galleries , museums and old architecture homes and landscaping , will be back to this spot for sure

Texas to Charleston
Coming from Houston looking for the best experience in the historic part of Charleston. Location was perfect for history, art, tours, and dining. Atmosphere and decor in the suite were perfectly complimentary to the experience. Loved our stay.

Wedding Weekend
PERFECT LOCATION! The room was spacious. Safe in the closet. Quiet at night. We had one small occurrence in the bathroom but Carl responded immediately. Walked everywhere.

Perfect Location
Could not have found a better location. The studio was so quiet it was surprising. We had everything we needed in the room. We walked almost everywhere other than a visit to a Plantation and a bus trip to the Food and Wine Fest. Would recommend this to anyone.

Quaint Cottage Condo
Property is set in the heart of Charleston and we could not have asked for a better location! Literally walking distance to just about anywhere you will likely want to be in Charleston. The space is roomy with a small seating area, a nice kitchenette with a small fridge and coffee maker. Check in was so easy as the instructions we received were very detailed. Parking was right around the corner and it was a relief knowing we had a place to park as parking Charleston could otherwise have been challenging! We walked everywhere we went for the entire weekend and thoroughly enjoyed coming back to our quaint cottage on the third floor. We are eager to come back to visit Charleston and will definitely stay at this property again!

Quaint little suite
Suite is right by market and other shops / restaurants we stayed on third floor so if you have a lot of baggage you have to carry up 2 flights of stairs suite is nice for a couple you will hear noise from the street but didn’t bother us we very much enjoyed our stay and Charleston

No hot water in the bathroom sink. Parking was a little difficult because you have to double park to unload your bags run upstairs get a parking pass and then go park about three blocks away and walk all way back to the apartment. However, you are right across from the market easy access to a lot of restaurants and a lot of shopping and the apartment itself was very nice

Charming suite in the middle of everything.
Location, location, location. Ideal spot to explore all that Charleston has to offer. Almost everything was walking distance from this spot. Our suite was well-maintained, clean and had all the amenities we needed for our long weekend. The kitchenette does come in handy and adds to the value of this rental. As mentioned in the listing, the Charleston Market is literally across the street and it does start hopping at 9:30 or so in the morning and some street noise does waft into the unit. Not a big deal but thought I would point it out. Also, there were a few homeless folks who decided to camp out in the alcove one night. It didn't seem to be a usual spot for them and generally, there was not as much of that going on as say in New Orleans but it was a bit of a surprise to see. Anyway, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider this rental for any future trips to Charleston.

Wedding Weekend
We were guests for a weekend wedding in Charleston and didn’t want to stay in a typical hotel room. The bride suggested this Market Street Suite and it was perfect for us. The decor and room setup was charming and the central location enabled us to park the car for the weekend and walk to all the wedding weekend events. Highly recommended.
