About this House

*** since the hurricanes , the sea wall is being constructed on and beach access from on site gate is unavailable . There are 2 pools and only 1 is available. Parking is limited and closed on main center , due to work being done to the complex. BBQ pits are not available or the seating past the grass.

Ground level condo - there is public beach access next to our pool that is available but the on site is working on the complex and the sea wall is at a hault .. THe condo is perfect still for walking the beach to the pier or the shell for music concerts , and in the heart of all the action.

Construction hopfully be completed by summer 2024 as they will continue to work on the complex and sea wall this winter 2023.

Beach for Cheap the owner tells it like it is. I was impressed by the owner's honesty in this listing. The property's seawall was washed out by last years hurricane along with one of their two pools. The entire property is under repair, but one pool is in great shape, part of the deck with tables and umbrellas, a charcoal grill area and your own patio facing the ocean are in perfect shape. Reach the beach by the vacant lots on either side of the property or better yet drive on the beach. We loved the view, the restaurant on the property serves breakfast and lunch and will deliver poolside or to your room. The rate was reflective of the condition of the property. Great Stay! Just ok. Won’t do it again. We were scheduled to arrive 2 days after Hurricane Ian hit Daytona. Communication was pretty bad with the owner. I asked how the condo held up and they told me to watch the news. We were already passed the deadline to cancel with full refund. So we arrived. One pool down and the other freezing cold. And the stairs to the beach were washed away. All that was ok. But I was almost bitten by a dog in the hallway. And the people above us and to the right let their 2 dogs out on the balcony. So they’re barking at you while you sit on your patio. Inside of the condo was pretty nice and in a great location. I just wouldn’t stay here again. Better options available.

Love lication Loved the location. The bed was horrible it sinks in the middle if it. There was roaches everywhere, small and bigger one. We were told it had been sprayed. There were no dead ones to be seen. Would like to rent again if the bed is improved and bugs gone.

Beach stay Very nice unit, good view, next to pool and beach. Only problem we had, 110 plug in bathroom was not working so we ran extension cord from other outlet so wife could dry hair .Owner may not even know about this. Would stay again. Jim Austin

Unfortunate experience We rented this property in good faith expecting it to be cleaned and ready for us, unfortunately it was not. Was unable to reach the host on evening of our arrival, so we had to rent a hotel. The host did refund our stay promptly when informed of the condition of their property. Disappointed as we really wanted to be right on the ocean.

Large picture window looking at the Ocean! I loved being able to look at the ocean everyday - all day and night. Walk right out the door onto the porch and then onto the pool deck and the beach. I would have liked a telephone call or some human contact right before my vacation move in date. I had no human contact the entire month. A little scary for a first time vrbo experience. Descriptions might include floor plan and number of square feet in the rental. Overall a great experience. Thanks. I would rent this unit again!

In and Out Would be a good place to stay longer. Very quiet two pools one heated. If you like the sound of waves crashing onto the shore this is the place.
