■ Kitchenette is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, microwave, coffee pod maker, portable cook top with pots/pans for meal preparations.
■ Bathroom has a tub with a detachable shower head & includes all the basic toiletries to get you started.
■ Condo offers side views of the Atlantic Ocean & Main Street Pier thru our kitchenette window.
■ Take a dip in our beachfront pool or walk barefoot on the sandy shore, the ocean is our backyard.

It operated as a Motel with a front desk where it had its ups & downs thru the decades & in 1999 it became a Condominium Association, today each apartment is inpidually owned & operated.
We are all working hard to make our historic building match it's perfect location, so please Pardon our Appearance during our renovations of our East Building, while the unit owners remodel their units.
Our North Side 3rd floor Studio's interior is clean & not affected by work.
Please do NOT book our place if this will be a problem.

I absolutely loved the condo! It was bright and had the most amazing little touches that made it feel like home away from home! Tony and Lynette were very accommodating and were readily available if needed!!! I will definitely be staying again!!!

The Mermaid
Beautiful suite. The owners have put some work in to it. My kids and myself felt extremely comfortable there. Easy access to the pool and beach. Within walking distance of many of Daytona's attractions. Owners provide any basic necessity you can think of, towels, blankets, toiletries, plates, etc. Owners were upfront and honest about any potential inconveniences. Owners promptly reached out to me about the water going out temporarily because of renovations to other suites. My family enjoyed the stay and would recommend to others.

This place was extraordinarily clean, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!! Communication with owners was quick, check-in and check-out was easy, the location was amazing! Pool was so nice, and right on the beach!

Great location
Super clean small studio. Enjoyed location on the beach. Towels were thin but did their job. I am super sensitive to any plastic on a mattress and was uncomfortable sleeping with the mattress encased in plastic. Tried putting an extra blanket under fitted sheet but that didn't help either. I took away one star for that reason. If it's bedbugs an owner is worried about a spray between stays would help. If it's stains a high end mattress pad should work. Would stay again but honestly I would go through the effort of removing the plastic. All and all though we did enjoy our visit here.

A great stay
We knew up front that there is major renovation going on at this facility. Overall this did not negatively affect our stay at all. Our unit was neat and clean and outfitted with everything that we needed for our 4 night stay. Also, the bathroom has been obviously recently been redone. Access to the pool and beach area was very nice. We will definitely think about staying here again.

Independent Unit was great
We came down for bike week and the unit was privately owned, very clean, well stocked small kitchenette was perfect with an ocean view and the location was perfect. The parking lot was partally blocked off for construction but no big deal. The owners were very responsive and I would stay again on a normal week! Great job on the TV stand!

Adorable
This is such a cute little spot that is close to everything. East to get to, east to check in, comfortable and welcome respite at the end of the day. We were even able to catch some fireworks at the end of the day from the kitchen window. Comms with Lynette were east and she was very responsive. There has clearly been a lot of work and love put into this adorable studio and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Porperty was as listed in posting. Price was good. The inside is adorable, and clean. The hot water did not work in the shower, but did come through in the sinks. The outside is horrible due to construction and quality of neighborhood. Beach is a cessed only by next door property or public access 1 block away. No where to enjoy ocean view, sadly.
