*Notes** / *Updates* (as of July 18, 2024). Concrete repairs/Restoration on our building is still going on (phase 1 thru 3) and expected to complete entirely by Early months of 2025. Phase 1(North, Northeast), Which includes our Unit completed chipping & patching. and now special coating / final painting to be done in couple months. our balcony is still closed until further notice for safety reasons while workers are there but views available from all rooms (but access could occur (at your own risk) when workers aren't above/near or on Weekends. So, please understand, if booking in that time frame, you understand and agree with potential noise on other side of the building.
Rates applied already include a discount.
Beach access and the pool is open.

Our split floor plan 2 bedrooms, 2 baths apartment offers access to the balcony from both bedrooms and the spacious living room. Fully equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare your own meal. You'll have access to our community amenities like a Gym, Pool and common areas. Shops, entertainment, restaurants are all in close distance. This unit comes with one (1) underground space and an upper deck parking is a first come basis.

Property was excellent even with construction going on. Loved the private parking area in garage. Condo was away from busy pier area but close enough to still enjoy it. Will defiantly consider rebooking when going back to Daytona.

Very Nice Condo
This is one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. We loved the balcony that overlooked the beach. They even provided beach toys and boogie boards for us. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to visit the Dayton Beach area!

Great Vacation
Property was fantastic. Kitchen has everything you need, Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee maker! Master Bedroom is like a suite! Balcony has a fantastic view day and night! My wife and I stayed a week with a friend and his wife and we all loved this rental and would recommend it to anyone!

Great winter get away location.
Everything about the property is great with 2 exceptions. The washer/dryer is not inside the unit and requires lots of quarters to operate and second, the pool is not heated. Other than that, it was a terrific winter stay.

Great property!
Location was great, right on beach with great 180* ocean view! Nice property amenities, including pool, gym and sauna. Clean with well equipped kitchen with both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery and shopping! Hard to think of much to complain about except for no ceiling fan in guest room (but there was a floor fan in the closet that needed cleaning) and nice that the guest room mattress was a king but kind of sunk in the middle.

All in all a very nice property
Very well equipped unit. To our amazement toiletries, detergents, trash bags, beach towels, etc were included. Every room has a wonderful ocean view and the balcony is huge. The only negative thing I can say is that both beds gave my wife and me back aches.

Spectacular Ocean View
This property exceeded our expectations. Very big unit with a spectacular beach ocean view. Roomy and modern, kitchen is amazing. We stayed for a week and nobody in our group wanted to leave. The pool is fantastic as well as the beach access. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay again.

Highly Recommend
My girlfriend and I started our vacation in Destin and the weather did not cooperate so we changed our vacation to Daytona Beach. We are soo happy we chose this condo as we could not have been happier with our decision. This condo is huge, well equipped, clean, and has an amazing balcony. There is nothing like the panoramic ocean/beach view off this balcony! We will be back!
