About this House
Awesome little guest house close to everything Daytona but at an affordable price. Kitchen, washer and dryer, plenty of parking (even for a camper or trailer). Cute outdoor area with seating for enjoying the great Florida weather. Wifi, comfy bed, fully stocked, 3 minute drive to toes in the sand. Pet friendly (for friendly pets only). Relax, unwind and enjoy a nice getaway at the Good Ole Days Cottage.
Provided: 3 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, dish soap (small bottle), 1 roll paper towels, 1 trash bag per bin, 3 dish soaps and three laundry pods.
Pet fee is $25 per pet per day, must have pre-approval and must disclose pets upon booking and pay pet fee within two days of booking.
This is a non-smoking unit-we don't care what you smoke, just do it outside. Any smoke smell in home or evidence of smoking in home will result in complete loss of security deposit. If you smoke in the home, it both is unfair to the owner that is working hard to keep their unit nice and to the next guest that rented a smoke-free home. It's Florida, this is non-negotiable so please understand.
Upon departure if you are able to remove all trash & food items, turn off all lights and leave the thermostat at 78, we would appreciate it!

Given directions to wrong property
We were given the wrong address and check in info for the property. We called and were talking to an out of town company, three hours later finally someone in the area called to get us in. After this, the rest of our time went well and the property was what we expected.

Difficult to Find
The rental agent had to drive over to leads us to the location. It is very small, about the size of a 2 car garage. Value and location were excellent.

Not bad for a converted garage.
Not the cleanest place in not the best neighborhood, but overall I’ve stayed in worse places. I see why there are no photos of the bathroom on the website. It’s beyond tiny. We had to buy our own tp, paper towels and trash bags as they were either missing or not supplied in the quantities that were promised. As I stated, it’s a converted garage, so there were anthills in front of the door which we had to step over or around to walk in. A light outside would have made dodging the anthills much easier. A little more attention to detail by the property owner and this place would have gotten a better review.

Good choice for beach getaway
We chose this property for it's location, just minutes to the beach without the traffic headaches, and easy access to everything you need in town. Two reasons it didn't get 5 stars from me: home was clean, but a bit dated, and there is a fenced back yard that is shared with a separate unit (which I don't think was on the listing details). No cable tv in living room but there is in bedroom. Does have Roku to use. Great supply of linens/kitchen items, beach gear, and lots of room if you bring others. Property Manager was very responsive to questions and I would definitely want to stay in one of their properties again.

This property is in a great location! It is convenient for getting to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The home has a warm eclectic feel and the property manager is very responsive to needs/ concerns.

Great place to stay for the Rolex 24!
Had a great time. Close to Daytona International Speedway. Older property but clean and comfortable.

Nice place, a few glitches....
Nice, spacious house. Close to the activities I had planned for the weekend, but had no cable TV or heat. Cold weekend in January for Daytona. Property managers did what they could.
