***IMPORTANT NOTICE *** Balcony restoration work WAS COMPLETED recently on our side (N facing). The other faces of the building will have work done as the project continues on the E and then the S sides. Guests should notice very low noise levels for our side of the building. However, for safety reasons, balcony access is not permitted on our side if workers are above or below our unit performing pressure washing/painting of siding and applying concrete coating sealing to the balcony during working hours ( M-F 07:00-3:30 pm) excluding holidays and weekends. Expected completion of balcony sealing and pressure washing/painting of siding is expected very shortly.

Some additional nearby attractions include 60 miles to Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal Studios, and just a 45 minute drive to the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Cruise Port. Home as well to year long famous Daytona special area events such as Daytona 500, (2) Bike weeks, Truck Week, Daytona Rock Concert and more.

Excellent host The host host was very upfront about the construction at the property and sent me pictures so I could have a better understanding of what to expect. It was one of the best condos we’ve stayed and the others weren’t under construction!!

Short beach trip The owners were very nice and responded quickly to any questions. Despite the ongoing construction,( which is no fault of owner ) , we had a good stay.

Awesome Condo The condo was amazing, even with the ongoing balcony repairs. It’s very spacious and clean with plenty of room for a big group. We didn’t get to utilize the views because of the repairs they are finishing up, but I have no doubt they will be amazing when finished. We plan to visit again in the future to see for ourselves! Would highly recommend this property when in or around the Daytona area!

Daytona Trip Location was perfect but unfortunately the construction wasn’t complete so we didn’t have proper view of beach from the Apt.

Great Place!!!! Very nice and roomy condo right on the beach. Parking in the garage. Everything we needed to make our stay amazing! The noise from the repairs was there, but didn’t bother us. Would highly recommend if you need space for a family! My grandkids enjoyed having their own space and us adults enjoyed having our own!

Family Vacation The trip this year were just okay. The first 2 days the weathers very windy that blow sand everywhere could not even step out the balcony to enjoy the beach…, however the condo was very nice and clean, and that was the reason we have decided to come back this year.

Beautiful Condo Condo is beautiful, great ocean view. Only downfall at no fault of owner is on going construction, place would exceed expectations with quick and easy access to the beach. Beach is a short walk away. Great communication with owner, very friendly and honest. Another downside is the key system, a key is needed for entry to condo building, pool, and condo itself, having multiple groups often made planning impossible much prefer a keyless entry to avoid such issues.

Another Fabulous Vacation! This unit is immaculate and beautifully furnished with everything you could need. Because of the recent hurricane, there is a little construction noise but it was not disturbing. The host is amazing to work with - very responsive and thoughtful. If you're traveling alone or with children, the building's security is a big plus.

WOW OUR FLIGHTS WERE CANCELELD SO WE WERE NOT ABLE TO GET TO THIS CONDO. THEY OFFERED NO REFUND.

A Wonderful Week at the Beach! Our condo provided everything we needed for a relaxing experience at Daytona Beach. The master bedroom and bath were especially nice and large, with a wonderful shower! The balcony has a beautiful oceanfront view and everything was as listed. We needed to purchase additional trash bags as only two were provided, but that was certainly no big deal. We would recommend this property with no reservations, and the communication with the owner was very good and friendly. Thanks!

Family Vacation. We really had a wonderful family vacation time this year. The condo is very nice and clean. Spoke with the owner very nice. We all love and enjoy very much to stay at this condo. Definitely will come back again next year. Highly recommended. Thank you very much to the owner of the condo.

June 2022 Overall property was great. Owners very helpful and good communication. Only thing didn't care for is.... I've never seen a washer and dryer in one and the dryer takes couple rounds to dry...unless its me trying to work it....but did have a washer and dryer in hall's that cost 1.25 and drys great. Also not the owners fault at all but beware when going on the beach don't leave your shoes sit...a lady on a bike came by and stole our shoes. lol couldn't believe it. Experience was amazing, views are amazing, will definitely be back!
