Recently upgraded with a brand-new kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, this two-bedroom, two bath oceanfront condo with wrap around balcony will surely make you feel as if you are dreaming with sounds of the ocean to lull you into a peaceful bliss.
Located 2 miles north of the Daytona Beach Pier area and 2 miles south of Ormond Beach, this building is close enough to everything and far enough to avoid the crowds.
**UPDATES - There is an ongoing concrete restoration project for the building. The North end of the building, which includes this unit, is currently being worked on since August '22. The work on this balcony has been completed other than painting but noise can still be expected from surrounding units being worked on. The unit has new sliding glass doors and windows installed in the living room and master bedroom. There is a blue protective film over these to provide protection until painting is complete. The BALCONY IS CLOSED during working hours, but you can enjoy the views from all rooms. Confirmation of your knowledge of construction will be asked at time of booking request.
POOL IS OPEN and beach steps have been installed.

Very nice place to stay with beautiful beach access. Very clean pool. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Instructions were very clear and host quickly answered our questions. Condo is perfectly located as it was very near to Publix and our venue and night life but far enough out to feel like we’re not in the middle of all the hustle. Would book again.

Review of Ginger's condo by Kevin
This is a beautiful condo. Lots of space. Tastefully decorated. Nice location right on the beach. We got to watch a rocket launch at 1am which lit up the sky from 60 miles away. The construction noise is the only drawback. We left during the daytime hours to avoid most of it. This is temporary so it won't be an issue for long. I highly recommend Ginger's condo through VRBO.

Beautiful condo
The condo was extremely clean, decorated beautifully had everything we needed. Our balcony was under construction, but we knew that before we booked. My only complaint is there’s not enough chairs around the pool. only eight lounge chairs and about six regular chairs definitely need more chairs around the pool fortunately, we brought chairs for the beach so we use them around the pool.

Love!!!
We absolutely loved our stay! Although there was construction going on, it was a wonderful time!!! The condo was very clean and well put together. The property manager Ginger was a dream!!!! She answered any and every question that I had. Also she checked in on me when I sprained my ankle. 10/10 would recommend Ginger and this condo!!!

It was pretty nice. The construction was a little loud. We stayed gone a lot so it wasn’t bad. Will be nicer once construction is complete.
