Updated 8-28-24 We can guarantee a clean, comfortable room - unfortunately - we can’t guarantee amenities at the resort.
Sept & Nov 2022 Daytona Beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole.
• Outdoor Pools are closed
• Indoor Pools and hot tubs are closed
• Tiki Bar & Restaurant are closed.
• Parking garage is closed – parking in front of building or in the lot adjacent on south side of resort. Parking is 1st come 1st served. We can not guarantee a parking spot during special events.
• Beach access from the north access road.


Daytona Beach Resort & Conference Center is a convenient location on the north end of Daytona Beach.
Our condos are OCEANFRONT with a private balconies wide enough to accommodate seating.
Please ask any other owners about their balconies- the #1 complaint we hear from guests who have stayed with other owners is that they were not told that balconies were standing room only or public walkways... and not a private balcony -- Please be aware of the difference and ask before renting -- do not be disappointed !!

Its all about the view. 8th floor unit has oceanfront balcony with a gorgeous view from any point in the room. Many recent updates include:: new carpet, new leather loveseat, new mattresses. This condo is updated and is one of the nicest units in the building. You will enjoy the upscale furnishings and linens, you will feel like you are right at home.
Oceanfront Private Balcony -- Leather Love Seat - Dining Table and Chairs - Efficiency Kitchen and Million Dollar View from private balcony with 2 chairs so you can comfortably enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise from your private balcony. You will have a wonderful view of the ocean or relax with a glass of wine and enjoy your view of the stars in the night sky. Kitchen has everything you need to feel at home, refrigerator, stove top with 2 burners, microwave.

3 day mini stay We were in Daytona for an Archery Tournament.. great place to stay! Very clean. Will be perfect once the pool is fixed.

Somewhat Disappointed Wish the owner had let us know how high the beds were in the description of the condo. My husband had to purchase a step stool in order for me to get in bed. I hate that some people put the beds on risers & don't mention it in the description. Floors were sandy and dirty when we arrived. Had to vacuum & mop. I'm not used to this as a first impression. Everything else was fine.

Wonderful stay The room was very clean and well stocked. The private balcony, while narrow, was just perfect for my husband and I. The sunrise and sunset views were breathtaking. We would stay here again.

Great stay! Can't speak highly enough of Renata, our VRBO contact. She maintained contact frequently prior to our scheduled arrival, and she was most helpful when our flight was cancelled causing our delayed arrival. Our condo was immaculate and the resort staff were diligent in keeping hallways and elevators neat. Being right on the beach made it possible to enjoy the pools and still enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. Would certainly reccommend a stay at Daytona Beach Resort!

My new favorite getaway I truly can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay here. Beautiful oceanfront view, lovely room and easy access to all my needs (Publix, shops and restaurants.) Going this time a year we were able to keep our sliding door open and hear the ocean all day and night. Such an incredible heavenly place! I will be back for sure and will recommend this place every chance I get:

Epic Rockville Vacation The trip was for attending Welcome to Rockville, but with the view, pool, hot tub, and all the amenities, it was so hard to decided on the event or the hotel. It was even better than expected. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

I would definitely recommend staying at this property! My friends and I took a short girls trip and we were very satisfied with our stay. She was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and had a beautiful condo. Definitely would stay again!

Second time I've booked this property and will be back again! Excellent location with amazing views from the private 8th floor balcony. Not only is the room spotless and well kept but the entire resort is as well. And the bath towels, real super soft bath towels like at home! No thin scratchy hotel towels.

Great property, loud air conditioning unit. The property is beautiful and efficient. Take earplugs because the AC unit makes lots of noise!
