Think of our recently updated condo as your home away from home. We have recently had our condo painted and re-grouted all tile areas to keep it looking fresh! We have added new linens and stocked up our kitchenware. It includes all the amenities you'd expect in a suite and many more including:

**Notice** Amenities closed for repair…Studio and Beach Access available. The Daytona Beach Resort has great dining options and convenience store on site and many more located across the street. On site, enjoy the Reflections for formal dining or the Beach bar on the oceanfront pool deck for more casual fare. Enjoy the convenience of the Belair Plaza located directly across the street. Stores include (Pulix Grocery Store, Walgreens Pharmacy, Dollar Tree, Marshalls Cl, Beals Regular and Outlet Stores, Subway Subs... and much, much more). Denny's, McDonalds and other more upscale restaurant all within walking distance. Easy access to Volusia County Transit.

Ocean Front Park just down the beach towards Ormond Beach Features a splash pad, park and no drive beach. Snacks and restrooms as well as picnic area on site. The town spent over 6 Million Dollars on this new Andy Romano Park!!!

Rooms The room was not clean 100% completely. There was dirty and hair, sand under both beds and bottom table, and under drawers was also dirty. So we went to Walmart to buy some cleaning supplies. We cleaned the room ourselves. I hope housekeeping could be more better in the future. We do enjoy stay there. Thank for the hospitality. 🙂

Some things i would change would stay again More towels for the shower, quieter AC unit, and for the building to be in better shape...the unit was clean, updated, and has comfortable beds! We would absolutely stay again.

Lisa The room was cleaned enough. The towels were thin and stained. Missing light bulbs. The floor needed mopping. There was only enough toilet paper to go twice. We had to go to the store the day of arrival. The entrance to the beach was blocked- very annoying. The price on this condo was lowered due to hurricane damage being repaired. Because of this the low price attracted lower class people. I was going to an elevator when a older woman in a wheelchair had 3 dogs on leashes that peed several times in the elevator prior to exiting.

Dirty, smelly and the property manager admitted that she was aware of this. Discussing. The room smelled and was gross. I had to clean human feces from the toilet and clean the filter from the air-condition. The filter looked like it had never been cleaned and the a/c could barely keep the unit cool. The smell of the room was so bad that our clothes absorb the smell. Underneath the beds have never been cleaned. I can't beleave the owner of this condo would let someone stay here. Kara, you should be ashamed of yourself. I'm sure you will try and defend your Discussing room for rent and I will not be able to respond to what you write. But let me be clear to everyone that reads this. I did reach out to Kara. She admitted that she was told the last guest that stayed there for 3 weeks made a mess and she stated she had hoped that her cleaning staff would have cleaned it well. I explained that the room was so bad that my family and I had to book a few days at the Hilton next door just to get out of that room. I requested a partial refund. Of course I never received a response from Kara. In my opinion, you are literally a slum Lord.

Spring break trip Sad the pools were closed but that couldn’t be helped. Great location since there’s a public beach access right next to it and the room was clean.

Overview The property is quite dated and some of the drawers and closet doors need repair. Some of the light switches do work, but are a bit Jerry rigged. I think this small condo might be more attractive to people if those items are fixed, and if there was only one bed With room, then for a sofa, bed or a comfortable chair.

Never again The closet door was broken prior to our arrival. The sliding glass door looks as though it has not been washed in months. The vacuum cleaner filter and dirt catcher appears It has NEVER been cleaned. I estimate the dirt, hair and sand etc., to weigh approximately one pound. I found on the floor of the closet Sand that has been swept in and left there. The dishes and dish strainer were dirty. Underneath the beds don’t appear to have been swept for a long time. This is where I found toe and finger nail clippings. There is no trash room as indicated only two cans at the end of hallway by elevators. There was a problem with the hot water not getting hot. They repaired it on Jan 31st. Approx 14 days lukewarm. Other things but they are more minor.

Linda We really liked staying here. It was clean and comfortable and restaurants and shopping was right across the street. Perfect! Sad that the pools weren't open due to hurricane damage but that couldn't be helped. Would gladly stay here again.

Listing stated 2 queen beds, the beds were full size beds. Owner supplied barest of necessities Property listed as no kids or animals. This resort allowed both. With 2 full beds and not queens as advertised. No way 4 adults could have stayed here. Barest of necessities provided, not overly clean.

Misleading to label this as a condo....I would describe it as a motel room with a tiny kitchen. I almost feel bad leaving a meh review b/c the property manager was so nice and easy to get in touch with. However, there were several things I did not like. The room was tiny and I would not describe it as a condo. There isn't a couch or any type of living room to stretch out in. For 4 adults, we had exactly 4 towels and had to do laundry. I don't want to do laundry on vacation. We had no hand soap and 1 roll of toilet paper, so had to go shopping right away. So the place felt like a motel room, minus any amenities such as clean towels. We also vacummed a few times, again not what I want to do on vacation. We had to call the on-call repair guy b/c the front door lock stopped working and needed the battery replaced. The location is great, right on the ocean with a nice pool. The room was clean when we arrived. The furniture is outdated and OH....the pillows - we literally had 4 pillows for adults and they were flat as a pancake.

My stay My wife and I stayed here for my best friends wedding. The communication with the owners were great, they were quick to respond. There was a minor issue with the toilet (not knocking them for that at all, that kind of thing happens) and the owners promptly got it fixed same day! My only complaint with this place is that it definitely could be more cleanly. We walked in and at first glance everything was ok. But later realized there was expired milk left in the fridge and the shower curtains were rather nasty (some moldy looking stuff on them). I recommend changing the shower curtains a lot more often as it is a very humid place.. the bathroom floor still had sand all over it (not too upset with that.. I mean we’re right on the beach… others may not like that though…).. but for the price of this place in comparison to others, it is a pretty good deal.
