Not A Good Stay- BIG DISAPPOINTMENT We arrived to our room with no blankets in the room- we had to ask for them. We had to ask for rolls of toilet paper. 3 of the electrical outlets didn't work. We had no broom to sweep so the floors constantly had sand on them. The toilet took 2-3 times to flush. The hallways and elevators smelled like weed the entire trip. the day we arrived the lock was broke on our room door so we had to call maintenance to come and fix it. The Bamboo tiki resort was terrible. The owner Frank was a creep and yelled at us on Sunday for dancing while they had a DJ. Made the DJ stop playing and we were told we couldn't dance anymore. The manager of the tiki hit on us multiple times during our stay. They do not accommodate their tourist unless its rich people or old white people. This was our 3rd time staying here in 4 years and we have decided after this last stay we will not be coming back and will be finding somewhere new to stay. Big disappointment for the money we spent.

Unclean and not maintained The building is very rundown and the unit is not suitable for rental in my opinion. Shower door was missing handles, handle door to balcony was loose, numerous bird droppings on balcony floor, and interior floors unclean, electrical wires sticking out from behind smoke detector and door to the property did not feel secure and safe. Construction was going on down the hall from the unit we stayed in, beginning at 8:15am for the two days we were there and lasting most of each day. We had rented the property for three days but left after two days due to our uncomfort. Requested a credit for the last day but have not received it as of yet.

Winter getaway The location is great. Within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Great views from room. The room could use updating and a deep clean. Dining room chairs were broken, no fan i bathroom, tv and outlets didn’t work. It would be nice if they had starter kit of dish soap. We loved our stay but those updates would be great. We didn’t reach out to manager about these items because we made it work.

Didn’t stay because room was occupied I would give zero stars but that is not an option. We didn’t stay here since our room was occupied upon arrival at ~9:15Pm with people inside partying. The front desk did not help us and RedAwning was not helpful. We texted and called the manager who RedAwning in their arrival email advised to contact if there were any issues and he never returned one call or responded to our texts. We had to make a last minute reservation at another location. If you see a property listed by RedAwning, save your time and money and look for another property.

Nice location The unit was nice with a great view. It was clean but definitely could use a deep cleaning, especially the bathroom. The property was nice and the location was great. Communication with the owner was not good, we reached out a few times and never got a response and never heard from them until they asked for this review. I have never complained about a stay through VRBO but communication is very important.

Comfortable and convenient We enjoyed our stay. Loved the view and convenience surrounding the property. One bed was a little uncomfortable but was ok. I would definitely return

Perfect getaway! The resort and property was underwhelming at first, but was perfect for a great getaway. Everything you need is right there! The only change I would suggest is to sleep in the bed further from the window as the one next to the window was well worn and not very comfortable.

Great trip!! This was amazing. I loved everything about it!! I wanted to move in to that amazing condo!! It’s nicer than my apartment at home!!! Def a must stay. I will be booking this again and again!!! Thank you for an amazing time and wonderful place to stay with all the extras!! Just like the pictures but better in person!!!!!
