About this House
Our unit #424 is a great studio for a vacation. A queen bed and cabinet bed sleep 4. The 17' wide balcony offers 270 degree unobstructed view of the southeast exposure with water as far as the eye can see! Gorgeous sunrises! It also overlooks the famous Tiki bar restaurant and the pool. 50 " Smart flat screen with internet. Blue Ray player with 60 movies. Cable with lots of channels. Wonderful Italian restaurant (Casa Calabria) with lively piano bar singing Italian songs , real estate office, hair dresser, a clothing store and a convenience store and a coffee bar open 24/7 are all on the lobby floor of the building. Valet parking. Short walking distance to many stores & restaurants, including Winn Dixie, a liquor store, a dry cleaners, CVS, a hair salon, Holy Cross Medical Group, Dunkin', McDonald's, Pizza cafe, great New York deli and a large souvenir shop selling everything you need for the beach! Jet Ski, kayak, & paddle board rentals next door. Check in 3:00 pm/Check out 11:00 am.

Awesome veiw
No check in, code for door, everything you need if you forgot something. It was alittle small but the veiw made up for it. Will be returning next year!

Just Perfect
This was our 2nd time staying at this spot. It may not be the most glamorous, but you can not beat the location. Just enough amenities to get you through. Live the life of a beach bum amd stay here! The hosts are absolutely amazing to eork with.

Great location
Condo was very cute. Could use some deep cleaning; fan has tons of dirt on blades, vent above shower head is filthy. TV was a disappointment- tried watching movies in evening and connection would just spin the circle.

Not bad for a studio
This was a nice place to stay before our cruise. Three days max was about all we could take with all the noise from the tiki bar right below the unit. We suspected it’s not like that all the time but we were there during spring break. Bathroom can use some updating. Even a new toilet seat would help. We settled on this place because of the price, location, which is right on the beach, and the availability of parking at a reasonable rate. The studio is well stocked and plenty of towels. It is weird having a one sink for the bathroom and the kitchen area. The host was very prompt with communication. It worked out well for what we needed.

But, the view was great
No sink in bathroom. Only Murphy bed and hidden bed in piece of furniture(which was too much bother to figure out. Too much in too small area. However, the view was spectacular.

Exactly what we needed!
Bruce and Maria were so accommodating right from the start, beginning with flexibility about rescheduling our stay. My husband and I stayed there.The place was beautiful with direct ocean front views as described in the listing. It is a studio, but they make excellent use of the space and it has everything you need! The tiki bar downstairs was great to grab a quick breakfast or lunch with oceanfront views. We had some questions during our stay and Bruce and Maria were incredibly responsive and took care of everything! We will definitely consider staying again if we find ourselves back in Ft. Lauderdale!

The room was perfect for me and my wife. Absolutely amazing view. Super clean and loved the little extras like sunscreen, lotions, coffee, beach chairs etc. The hotel tiki hut/bar restaurant was great! Grilled gouper bites were amazing!! The host went above and beyond to see that our accomdations were what we needed. Would definitely stay here again! The view was amazing!!!

Better than expected!
We reserved the beachside condo with pool and tiki bar and were happy to discover so much more. The view is actually the best, and perfect for watching beach fun & fireworks. The location is within walking distance of eateries, retail shops, and the local Circuit that is a free ride service connecting to other neighborhoods along the shore. We appreciated the service offered for beach towels, lounge chairs & umbrellas, but the condo has plenty of beach chairs and toys available. The hosts were very responsive from start to end and friendly. All in all, it was a fantastic stay!

Filthy and in disrepair
This unit was NOT as advertised with windows nailed shut, disrepair, peeling cabinets dirty hand prints on every door, borken blinds etc.
