VERY cleaned MIDCENTURY APARTMENT BUILDING, WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACH AND LOT OF SERVICES (GROCERY, DRUGSTORE, RESTAURANTS AND MUCH MORE), NEWLY RENOVATED, 2 BEDROOMS (1 QUEEN bed, 1 TWIN bed), 1 BATHROOM, WIFI, SATELLITE TV, A/C, LINEN, KITCHEN FULLY EQUIPED WITH MICRO-WAVE, RANGE, DISHWASHER, FRIDGE, BASIC GROCERY ITEMS, NICE OUTSIDE PATIO WITH AN EXTERIOR TABLE, EVERYTHING INCLUDED, WASHER/DRYER ON THE PREMISES, one PARKING INCLUDED, SAFE GATED COMPLEX.
APT ON THE SECOND FLOOR SO YOU HAVE WINDOWS ON EVERY SIDE OF THE APARTMENT.
Near airport (9 miles/20 min). This is a non-smoking unit.

Despite our meticulous cleaning practices & our pest control company’s best efforts, bugs & critters are part of life in Florida, sub-Tropical climate. Mosquitos, ants, cockroaches & lizards like to find their way inside. If this alarms you to point of scared to death, please do not book. If you are seeing them regularly, please let us know so we can arrange to have another treatment done but we will not reimburse you. If you find one dead, it means our treatment is working.

My professional cleaning team disinfects with bleach/Clorox and other high strength disinfecting chemicals in accordance with CDC recommendations in light of COVID-19.

Would recommend! My husband and I went for a long weekend and this was the perfect location. Ona quieter part of the beach but still with great walking and public transit access. Everything was as described in the listing and the hosts had good communication prior to our stay, and no need to contact them during.

Great balcony for morning coffee Property was short walk to beach. Little second bedroom was small but fine for our daughter. We liked most the outdoor balcony for relaxing in the warm sunny weather.

Awesome! This was so far the best place I’ve stayed not to mention how courteous the property owners were. I definitely recommend this place and the second floor is great also with the balcony very clean and cozy. Thank you so much guys!!!

Great location Overall the place was clean right around the block from beach had beach towels and chairs and mini cooler! Only thing that would keep me from coming back is the air conditioning. It worked the first day but after that it was miserably hot.

Awesome weekend We were here for a long weekend and everything was excellent. Nice and clean condo and very close the beach. The beach was also nice with very little traffic. The kids enjoyed everything! Overall, a nice and relaxing experience. Keep up the good work!

Nice condo near the beach Condo was good overall. Three blocks from the beach which was nice. It's on Ocean Ave and the main bedroom faces it so a little noisy at night (I am also a light sleeper). I am naturally a cold person and I found the place to be a bit warm, even though the air conditioners were on their lowest setting. But overall, it was good. Loved that they had chairs to use for the beach and good communication with the owner. Let me check in early too!!

Nice apartment, but hot and on a busy street. The apartment is well decorated and equipped with all you need for a few days. We found it in good cleaning conditions, but in my opinion cleaning seems to done a bit superficially. Don't look under beds or too closely in the kitchen and bathroom!! The apartment is on a second floor and it is very hot. The bedroom AC is placed inside a closet and it does a very bad job of cooling the bedroom. It is also extremely noisy so we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Fortunately, the unit in the kitchen/living room area can keep up with cooling the rest of the apartment. Talking of noise, the apartment is on a very busy street with lots of early morning traffic. I didn't have much problem with that but it was really annoying for my husband who has light sleep Overall a good place, very close to a nice and quiet beach area.

Amazing This location was exactly as listed. It was located in a great spot with just about everything in walking distance. Also, communication and accommodation was great with the property owner.

Perfect, just as described Me, my partner, and brother stayed here for Thanksgiving. The location was perfect, down the block from our parent’s condo, super close to the beach, walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants. The apartment was as described and very clean. We will definitely be staying here again!

Easy 3 minute walk to the beach We stayed for 4 days at the end of April 2019 in the upstairs apt #4. The apartment was spacious and perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was well appointed and met our needs easily. There was plenty of hot water to go around when all 4 of us needed to shower. The laundry room was easily accessible and cheap at $1.00 per load to wash and $1.00 to dry. Bring some quarters! The neighborhood was safe, and the apartment was very quiet even though it was right on A1A. I loved that the beach access was residential, we only saw about 10 other people on the beach each day. The location was choice, close to many eating establishments, Target, and Publix were a 5 minute drive down Oakdale. We often used the terrace for eating and enjoying the sun without sand. I would stay here again, but there are a couple of things I wish I had known before our arrival. The 4th bed is a mattress that is stored under the queen bed in the master bedroom. The mattress would be fine for small children, but isn't high quality. My daughter who is 8 opted to sleep on couch instead of the mattress because it was uncomfortable. The air conditioner in the bedroom did not work. While we were there it was 90 degrees outdoors and the heat was too much for the living room air conditioner to cool the master bedroom, especially after the humidity of showering filled the bedroom. The living room and small bedroom were cool and comfortable. We ended up purchasing a blow up bed and slept in the living room each night. I alerted the "responsible party" about the bedroom AC issue the first night, and was told it wouldn't be fixed until May. I would estimate the bedroom temperature in the evening to be around 78-80 degrees, which may not be a deal breaker for some, but I have a hard time falling asleep when I am warm. We requested an additional fan for the bedroom in hopes that it would help move the cool around. It didn't work, but we appreciated the hum of the fan to lull us to sleep. There were a few beach items for use...2 chairs, boogy board, air mattress, bucket, small ice chest and frisbee. We purchased an additional chair and skim board that we left there for others to enjoy. The wifi was great, but we couldn't figure out how to use the digital TV stations. We just opted to watch Netflix on the smart TV. All in all a great place to stay. Hopefully the bedroom AC will be fixed soon, then it would be close to perfect.

Great Location! Great apt., nicely decorated, comfy beds, (we were on the second floor, had a nice private balcony); furnished with everything we needed. (Just so you know, everyone has to walk through the ''Master" bedroom to get to the bathroom - wasn't a problem, just thought you'd like to know).. The beach is right around the corner, safe neighborhood, bakery and restaurants within walking distance (Shooters Waterfront); more just a short drive (Coconuts, Bo's Beach). Oliver and Nathalie were wonderful; we would stay there again!

So bad behavior from the host, had to left the propertly After some issue with the payment that I was unaware , he just acted very aggressive making me leave of his place and just after paid him 500$, it was really bad. Keep an eye with that owner.
