Nice and cozy place for a short stay
We loved the apartment (Unit 4); it was perfect for both of us. Smallish but perfect for a short stay where we don't carry a lot of stuff. Easy to get there, close to the FLL airport and other area attractions and plenty of places for dining and shopping just a short drive away. The bathroom light could probably use a dimmer, especially for those late-night trips to avoid waking your partner. There are train tracks nearby, but we did not find that to be a problem. You get used to the sound quickly. The only thing we did not like was that some nights we were not able to park on the property. There are four parking spots and two of the three nights we found all occupied late at night. Not sure if some other guests had visitors at the time.

The stay was clean and okay Until the flood started coming in the day before check out I had no choice but to leave earlier that day on April 13,2023 due to flood

Not What I Expected
This property, while conveniently placed off the main road, isn’t what it’s all cracked up to me. There are homeless people living on the opposite of the fence & they will harass you for money and food. The unit wasn’t clean at all when I checked in - floors not mopped, no toilet paper, blankets weren’t washed (they had an odor), and there was a lot of ants roaming around the bathroom. If I paid a $xx cleaning fee, I expect to see things cleaned!!! When I reached out to the owner about the ant issue, it was ignored until I brought up another issue the following day (the refrigerator and freezer went out and my food ended up going bad). Communications from the host can be a lot better….Needless to say, I will gladly pay an additional $400 to stay some place else that’s cleaner and safer.

Great property. Was asked how our stay could be better and we asked for more pillows but did not receive a response. Also at no fault of the property but it is close to the train line so if youre sensitive to noise be aware of that before booking.
