About this House
This beautiful Dania Beach home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Dania Beach.

Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and waiver or the deposit collection.
*We do not allow an RV/camper/mobile home to park at the property.
We give our guests space but we're available when needed
As your host, we are available from 0800-2100 seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need you can call me by phone. Just please keep in mind that you are renting a private home and not a hotel thus our response time is not immediate, as it would be a hotel.

tennis court, and community boat ramp nearby.
Professional landscapers maintain the outdoor area twice a month.
The property is Self-Check-In. Access code will be provided to you once we receive required docs and deposits.
This home is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home.
*New Kitchen fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and cooking essentials.
*Parking space available for TWO cars.
*Fully equipped kitchen. Coffee machine, toaster, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, microwave, stove, and oven.
*High-speed Wireless Internet
This house sleeps 6 guests:
-3 Bedrooms, each with a queen bed, full closet with shelves and hangers
This space comes equipped to make your stay enjoyable. There is a living room with comfortable furniture and a 55” Smart TV (log in on your own streaming channels).
There are 2 bathroom with laundered towels, hand towels, and face cloths, soap and shampoo.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer, you can use free of charge.
The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store within a few miles where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (Keurig), dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc.
There are multiple mini split A/C units, they have to be set in between 68-78.

** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.
**Max occupancy at all times is 6. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.
**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24
**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
**Just a heads up, the shower in the main bedroom is a rain shower head, not a lot of pressure. Water just comes down and it has to be on an certain angle to let water flow freely
The home is close to public transportation, uber is plentiful, and it has a City-run bike and scooter rental program.
Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.
In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00. The $49 waiver does not apply to a one night reservation.
*Note: The $49 waiver does does not apply to same day bookings, 1 night reservation or local guests.
This property is protected by security cameras that are located on the exterior of the property. The cameras are located on the east corner of the house. In addition, we have a noise detector that is located in the interior of the property. This detector does not record but measures the level of noise and reports when it is over a certain level.
Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.
** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.

Very Nice and Great Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in and out was a breeze. The property was comfortable, beautiful, and clean. We especially liked the view of the canal and the nice backyard.
