Great stay before a cruise
This place was nice and very clean. It was small but was perfect for an over night stay before getting on a cruise ship.

Nice but small
We selected this property because of price and proximity to the airport and cruise terminal. We had stayed in a chain hotel the previous year which was overpriced and dilapidated, so this was a good alternative. The room was reasonably clean but small, and lacking some amenities we expected. For example- no Kleenex, no cups, no silverware or plates. There was a small fridge and microwave which was helpful. Since we didn’t know if there were any restaurants or markets within walking distance (no car) we purchased food for breakfast at the airport before we went to the apartment. Also- there weren’t any signs on the building facing the street so it took us awhile to find the apartment- fortunately a neighbor across the street figured we were renters and pointed us in the right direction. We would also suggest the owner provide luggage racks for suitcases since there wasn’t room on floor to open suitcases and still be able to walk around the bed. If you are just staying one night you don’t want to unpack. Owner was very available so we felt confident we could reach him with any problems!

Close to cruise port. Beach, convenience stores and dining is a short walk away. Alan, the owner/manager went out of his way to help us get into our room comfortably and easily. Good value for cruisers trip to Port Everglades cruise port is under $25.00 and takes 15 to 20 minutes.

Small, Cute and Cozy!!!
I enjoyed my stay! It was perfect for me. The neighborhood was quiet and the breeze was perfect! The host did an excellent job by answering my questions. Plus, teal is my favorite color.

Perfect spot for a quick stay!
This was our first Vrbo experience & Alan was so very helpful and accommodating! We stayed overnight to catch a cruise the next morning and it was the perfect distance. For our unit 4A, it is much easier to arrive to the back of the building instead of dragging suitcases through the rocks out front. And maybe add a power strip nearby the bed side tables if possible. Overall though, the stay was absolutely perfect for what we needed!! Thank you so so much!!!!

Great Stay!
Stayed just 1 night, pre cruise at this little place. Great location-close to everything! Alan was a gracious host and recommended some good eats right on the beach which was what I wanted. Park in the rear and you are literally 10 ft from the door. I would definitely stay here again.

Great value for the price!
I was fortunate to have found Alan's property for my Dec. 9,2022 overnight stay in Ft. Lauderdale. You sure can't beat the location as it's about halfway between the airport and the cruise terminals. The room I booked was immaculate, bright and cheerful and a great value for the price. There aren't a lot of places anywhere as nice as this in this price range. The room is located in the back of the property, so it was nice and quiet. It was also nice to have a lawn chair outside to sit and have an occasional cigarette. The television in the room has numerous channels via satellite dish. The only issue I had was finding a place to charge my phone. I eventually found a USB port on the back of the television which needs to be turned on for the charging to take place. I did suggest to Alan about providing guests with an alarm clock or some other device in the room that has a USB port on it and he did seem to understand that need. Speaking of Alan, he's very attentive to his guests needs. All in all, I highly recommend staying at this property. I hope to do so myself again in the future.

Great location for an overnight stay as the airport was less than ten minutes away. Very clean and the owner was very accommodating greeting us upon arrival and getting some ice and extra pillows for us. The bathroom lacked anywhere to put personal stuff and the one small shelf above the toilet came apart when placing anything on it. The mattress was comfortable but squeaked horribly with every movement. The window air conditioner was just inches above my head on my side of the bed and I had to turn it off as the recycling woke me up constantly. Fortunately there was a ceiling fan and it was not too warm to sleep with no covers. I would not want to stay there if the a/c was really needed.

Great for a quick overnight
The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and conveniently located near the airport and the cruise ship port. Our only suggestion would be to make sure the unit number (4A) is clearly communicated. Alan was quick to respond when we asked which unit and was very friendly when we met him the next day! We’d definitely stay there again.

Quiet and Convenient
This property was just right. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but just minutes from everywhere I wanted to go. Only 5 minutes from downtown and only 15-20 minutes to the beaches.

Met Alan outside when I was loading my things into the unit, seems like a very nice guy. Room was clean and comfortable, kitchenette and bathroom were simple and easy to use. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location
Quint little place close to all the happenings on Los Olas! Perfectly hidden off the main streets. Host was very friendly in helping suggest places to eat around the area. Perfect room to lay your head down after a long day of traveling or at the beach! We would definitely stay here again!
