Very dated and musty smelling
The pictures are accurate, but the smell and noise awful! The 4 plex is very old and on a very busy street. The listing said king bed, it was a queen, but comfortable.The listing stated fully stocked kitchen but had no toaster, no saucepans, no can opener and other essentials. The bathroom had very low toilet with a loose seat that flushed very slowly, and no ventilation. The space needed a dehumidifier to get rid of dampness. We kept ceiling fans running on high to dry towels and rugs. The area rugs corners were a tripping hazard.The space is located near noisy crosswalk speakers that are constantly beeping and making racket. The beach is a 5-7 minute walk not 2. The TV is massive but the remote control did not work even with new batteries. We were very glad to get home we had to wash all of our clothes and air out our luggage to get the musty smell out.

Ft Lauderdale Bright Bungalow
This was the WORST VRBO experience! Truly a misleading advertisement. To start the door lock did not function well, took several attempts to unlock, another renter told us to keep trying it, eventually opens, they experience the same problem. Second, the filth, roach droppings in kitchen cabinets, drawers & counters, bathroom cabinet. Shocking! Stove top & oven so nasty, you wouldn't dare put food near either. Third the TV set up is an old Fire Stick version, programing limited, know way to adjust volume or turn TV off. You have to put TV in "sleep" mode. Fourth the sectional sofa is so worn out, as soon as you sit down you sink to the floor! Fifth concern, No toilet paper holder, toilet paper roll sits on the floor, the toilet seat brackets are stripped, so seat falls off. (I tried to tighten it). Weather was cool (high 40's at night) low 60's during day, there is absolutely NO heat source to take chill out of the air. Management does not respond to text or emails. We left after the second night of seven we had paid for. It was supposed to be a vacation! Stay away from this SCAM!

The best stay, I could’ve possibly had
This unit is right across from the beach. It is spacious very clean up-to-date beautiful Decour, and everything you could need to cook a full meal.!! The host is very accommodating and very responsive. I will book this place anytime I am in Lauderdale.

Weekend get away
It's a great property with nice views and a very short walk to the ocean. I always perfer to cook when away if I can and the kitchen was a huge plus, and the grill made it complete. This place is very clean and comfortable. I will stay with this host again.
