About this House
My house offers the perfect combination of family/social and personal time, with a spacious open living/kitchen area and 3 private bedrooms, all in a comfortable contemporary decor, safe and quiet neighborhood, and nearby the beach. The backyard is also completely private, with a solar-heated salt water pool, and grill.
This is a 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms fully renovated house with contemporary style. The main living area is very open and airy with a large modern spacious kitchen, a comfortable living room (50" flat screen Smart TV) and dining room that can sit up to 8. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and other cooking equipment. You'll also find a selection of spices for your tasty cooking!
One bedroom has a King size bed, and 2 bedrooms have Queen size beds. The Master suite has its own bathroom with a large shower with floor to ceiling sliding door and rainforest shower head, closet space, and its own 42" Smart TV. The 2 other bedrooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms are located apart from each other, for all guests' privacy.
There's also a office space with desk and chair.
The backyard is completely private with a fence and tropical vegetation all around. It has a solar-heated salt water pool, and is completely paved for relaxation and entertainment, with lounge chairs, a dining space and a grill. The front and side of the house have large grass areas. The driveway can easily accommodate up to 5 cars.
The house is located in a residential and quiet neighborhood, minutes away (less than 2 miles) from the beach, and a few short blocks (walking distance) from Federal Highway and its shops, coffee houses, grocery stores and restaurants.
Our community is very quiet and we have a close relationship with our neighbors. We ask that you respect our neighbor's privacy and monitor noise levels, especially after 10pm. Parties are not allowed. Our house is also a non-smoking environment.

Fantastic holiday getaway

Wonderful Vacation Home
My husband and I rented this home for three weeks and it was absolutely perfect for us. Everything appears as it does in the pictures and as described. Our daughter, son in-law and 5 month old granddaughter came for four days to visit during our stay. The pool and the backyard are extremely private and in very quiet location. Neighbors are friendly and the home is a short distance to restaurants & bars. When traveling my first priority is that it’s clean and this home did not disappoint!

Winter Getaway
This house was awesome for our 1st winter away from home. Very clean, beautiful kitchen with everything you need. Backyard is nice with a wonderful heated pool. Close to beach and great restaurants. We had our dog and it is a very safe and friendly neighborhood for walking.

Excellent Executed Property
This property is very nicely laid out in floor plan and interior materials like a fine hotel. The floors are beautiful natural stone or a man made tile that you cannot tell is not stone, not sure but they are wonderful. The interior looks freshly painted. Everything inside the house worked; light switches, shower, faucets, appliances, etc. The pool was clean and the backyard is very private. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable. The bedroom right off the door to the pool is not as comfortable but acceptable. This is a five star property. I would recommend to the owner to replace the cookware. The frying pans and pots are old do NOT go with the property. It is like putting bald tires on a brand new car. Get a set of All Clad cookware so for those guests who enjoy cooking, the cookware will match the property. A set of All Clad might cost $600 or $800, you could charge $5 more per night and easily recoup your expense. Wonderful place regardless.

Beautiful home
Beautiful home in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It was exactly as it was listed. Clean and fully stocked with anything you could need during your stay. Property mangers were very responsive when needing anything. My family and I really enjoyed staying here and had a great vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Definitely added to my favorites
Stayed at this property for a week. Our arrival/check in was a bit stressful, but the owner/property manager were very apologetic and everything was well. The property is just as the pics you see, absolutely beautiful and very clean. You have everything needed to cook (if you are a cook like me) and definitely feel at home. The pool was cleaned a couple of times during the week we stayed and Jay the property manager was quick to order a net for the pool when I had informed him the original net was torn, so him and Claude respond quickly to your needs, I’ll definitely return. You won’t regret your stay!

Home away from Home.
This property is very well looked after and was immaculately clean. It has a well stocked kitchen ( far better than most I have stayed in) . All linens were fresh and the beds were comfortable. Claude, the owner was a great communicator and answered all my queries within minutes. I loved the contemporary vibe and really felt quite at home. We found some amazing cafes and restaurants all within easy distances. I would love to return at some point, we have a wonderful stay.

Great centralized location for Gold Coast exploration
We had a wonderful stay with our pets. Easily able to travel and explore the Gold Coast from Palm Beach to Miami Beach. Claud was always responsive and easy to work with. Overall a great experience!!!!

Beautiful house with private pool!
Highly recommend this property! It is in a very nice neighborhood and a short car ride from the beach. The house is immaculate inside and is open concept with modern decor. Communication with the property owner was seamless. I will be returning!

spectacular house
a spectacular house, super clean, all the necessary utensils! Just a note : the owner should check the house 's air conditioning , as the room next to the pool exit door is not working well , but that was not a big problem , as everything was perfect ! We are very grateful to Claude for taking such care of us. thanks !

Great property and great location to everything
I was pleased to stay at a property that was actually extremely clean as stated in the VRBO listing!! I am very much about extreme cleanliness and pay attention to the details with both high touch and non-high touch surfaces when I stay anywhere! This was important to me prior to and more so during COVID! I have found in my previous experiences with other properties I’ve stayed in, that those high touch and non-high touch areas are NOT cleaned or as clean, as stated in the rental listing. However, at this property, I was quite impressed of this cleanliness and would definitely stay there again just based on that! Now, the furniture and kitchen cabinets showed signs of a bit of wear and tear, which didn’t bother me much until the base of the dresser drawer in the master bedroom just came apart and few of my clothes were stuck in between drawers (NOT a big deal); I didn’t have much in there to begin with. When looking inside other drawers, I could see some parts of the other drawers were held together by a metal connector of some sort that was screwed on. The dryer suddenly stopped working, but the owner gave prompt attention to this and had someone come out to repair. I was bummed that I lost a day enjoying the outdoors because the repairman took several hours to fix the dryer, had to leave and come back with a part. At any rate, because the home was so well maintained, the pool was so clean, warm, delightful, and great location to Lauderdale by Sea beach (5-6 minute drive), restaurants, Las Olas Blvd and beach (15 minutes give or take), I would stay again and highly recommend to others, as I’m sure the owner and/or property manager will check these items and switch things out accordingly. You can tell the owner cares greatly about his property as his response time to my husband directly was impeccable. Thank you for taking such great care and pride in the home!!

A really nice stay in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located.
This is a very nice and clean property with three bedrooms, central AC and a lovely pool outside sitting area that our daughter loved.
