About this House

This condo is located on the famous Fort Lauderdale Beach at the Ocean Manor Resort Hotel. This is being rented by an inpidual owner not the hotel so please do not contact the hotel directly to reserve this unit. Ocean Manor is located directly on the beach. Enjoy all the pool and beach facilities. Great restaurants, bars, cafe and shops located onsite. The condo is fully furnished, full kitchen and all linens. This hotel was a celebrity magnet during the 1960's and 70's with regular guests including Erik Clapton, Johhny Carson and Robert Conrad. Enjoy the area hot spot of the Bamboo Beach Tiki Bar which has become party central for tourists, the famous and VIP's. The resort has plenty to do for everyone great beach, beach yoga, Salon and beauty treatments. plenty of water activities. Only 20 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale airport.

This is on the front side of the building and I do not have a balcony. The view is the front of the entrance but just go out back and enjoy the beautiful Beach.

Ocean Manor Resort: This condo is located at the Ocean Manor Resort. You can google it to see the full hotel web site. I am an inpidual owner renting this unit on my own. This is not part of the hotel ownership so do not contact them for my rates or reserve my condo. I guarantee to offer you at least 30% saving of the hotel's rack rate. The hotel is a full resort with great restaurants for dinning on any budget and a great sports bar pool side at the Bamboo Beach Tiki Bar and Cafe.

Perfect Getaway The perfect getaway right on the beach very comfortable bed well kept maybe add a few more wash clothes but other than that Superb!!

Great Location Staying here was affordable and a perfect location. It was nice to be able to walk right out to the beach. I liked that there was a grocery store within walking distance. If you were just going to hang around the place , you wouldnt even need a car!

Great last minute switch My husband and i needed a place and the room we were on at ocean club was disgusting and not safe. We booked at ocean mamor on the 13th of july and were anle to check in on tje 15th! The price very reasomable! The space was clean and comfortable, great location on the beach and ilo bar! We had to pay for Valet but that was fine. The response time and communication was fast. The only 2 things i would say of cons would be the bedroom tv dodnt work, and the couch cover needs to be updated with lighter color. But it was an amazing stay!

Great Stay The stay was great, the beach was awesome and very walkable for what you would need. My only complaint was the no cooler on the beach policy if the hotel. I guess they want you to buy their pricy food and drinks. But there are ways around this you just have to be creative.

Shani The apt was clean and homey but didn't feel lived in. It's a low floor so not much of a view but that turned out to be a good thing since the fire alarm went off twice (not the owner's fault). The hotel has a tiki bar which is a nice option although we didn't eat there. The beach is right behind the property so if you have your own chair or blanket you're good to go. My only negative is the walls are very thin and the apt is next to the elevator so you hear all the dings and hallway conversation. This can be an issue of you're a light sleeper.

Bad trip Noisy, many dogs and we were’ right above entrance doors that kept slamming all hours. Unit was old and in need of major updates also right outside of elevator doors that were dinging all hours. Would not recommend hallways smelled foul

Week in Lauderdale The property is nice and very much served it's purpose. Can't remember if it's mentioned in the description, but parking is $15 per night.

Awsomnesss!!! The location was perfect! Great way to bring in my 40th bday. The hotel is beautiful, the nice tiki bar restaurant, right On the beach at the hotel was perfect! Friendly people I couldn't have asked for better. We will definitely be back when we come to Fort Lauderdale. The room was perfect and clean. And just as pictured online, thanks again!

A great find! This property was GREAT, especially considering the price! It’s in a very nice, very clean & well-kept hotel. We had a great time. Roger was SO easy to contact & went over-the-top to assist us with any issues we were having during our stay. We definitely recommend it for singles or couples who are looking for a relaxing beach getaway. Thank you so much for everything, Roger!

Exactly as described The room was exactly as described and reviews indicated. Close to elevator, no balcony, not beach front but VERY CLOSE to walk to, tiki bar fun, laundry in basement, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, plenty of bedding, etc. The one really nice thing is we landed at 10AM and were told we could go straight to check in!

Nice place! Property as advertised, clean and has everything you need. Bring beach towels though, the towel guy at the beach was never there.

Linda The condo was a great location for me and friend. It was exactly as described . Only thing I missed was balcony, but I knew that going in. Nice thing was it was only on 2nd floor right by elevator , so going down to beach area was super quick. I would stay again for the price and location .

Awesome! This was a first time trip for me and my friends for spring break and it was amazing! the place was so easy to access and the owner had chairs for us to take to the beach! He was very easy to contact through out the trip as well! Definitely would book here again!

Good value for the $ for beachfront stay… just a few things to note A great value for the price! The location was great—direct access to the beautiful beach (very clean, tractors came thru combing the sand every morning), nice pool, fun tiki bar with good food. Frozen drinks a bit pricey (not included in 1/2 price happy hour specials) but the rental had a good blender!! ;) Casa Calabria had delicious, authentic Italian food—had a nice dinner there one evening. The self parking was same $ as valet—we did valet ($15/nite), and the valets were on top of things, very friendly, customer-focused and competent. When the hotel is full, wi-fi speed can be slow/doesn’t really support streaming options well, but the cable channels had ample options. We brought a small portable DVD player and DVDs with us, which worked well. Consider bringing ear plugs and/or noise-canceling headphones—walls a bit “thin.” This rental efficiency is basic and small, but it worked for what we needed, and overall good value for the price.. but The overall Ocean Manor property felt a bit dated/in need of some general updates, but was clean and functional.
