Very good all around
We very much enjoyed this apartment and have no complaints whatsoever. The location was excellent, just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and near a bunch of restaurants. The view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the 5th floor, and from the pool area, was terrific, including sunsets, and we were able to put chairs (which were supplied) out on the walkway when we weren't sitting by the pool (or on the beach). The apartment was very clean and Jim was very responsive - one time we had a minor maintenance problem and he had someone there to fix it almost immediately. The other residents were friendly and the water temperature in the pool was just right. The strong air-conditioning was appreciated.

Perfect location on Intercoastal
Located just behind the Ritz Carlton, this unit is centrally located and is in the middle of cafes, bars, shops, and of course, less than two blocks from the ocean. It is a quick walk to the Water Taxi, and the views are beautiful. The unit has a large dining/living area, a nicely stocked kitchen, and a king sized bed in the one bedroom. It is quiet and more appropriate for older singles and couples. The pool area is lovely, and sitting on the beautiful deck overlooking the canal is heaven.

Just a couple of tweaks would improve this property. The addition of a new coffee pot and/or a Keurig would help. A tea pot would be a nice addition also. The property location is what is the best about this rental.

Sweet Spot on the Intercoastal
We loved the location and the proximity to the beach. The unit was spacious, the pool delightful. This was a very quiet space away from the sounds and activity of great restaurants and shops. We would return.

Clean, well decorated, lots of room, lovely neighbors.
Easy check-in, able to reach owner but never had a problem. Apt was well stocked with linens, towels, beach chairs!
