Great little place!
My wife and two kids stayed in the apartment for 3 nights. It was perfect. The apartment was clean and very functional. We knew it was small when we booked it but that was fine. The beach access was amazing, we spent 1/2 our time on the beach and the other half at the pool. Carlos was a great host, he answered questions immediately and made sure we were doing well. We'd absolutely stay there again - 5 STARS!!

Spring Break Trip
The overall cleanliness of the property was ok. There was bugs in our bathroom trash can twice (don't know what kind or if that was normal). The room has a huge closet and it was nice to have beach chairs to bring to the beach. The lobby is nice but the entire elevator and the hallways to the rooms smell weird. The little bar was not open (not sure why, disappointed in that). The walls are paper thin, we heard an argument and people just being loud. The pool was great though, the highlight of this place. They do not provide you with more than one roll of toliet paper which is NOT suitable for four people for 5 days. The beach was secluded and very nice.

Great Time Had by All
Wonderful location! Right on the beach. The room was as expected. We fit 3 adults and 2 children comfortably for 2 nights. The entire process went smoothly. I would have given 5 stars but we had a mishap with the elevator. We got stuck just before the floor and had to pry the door open. This was a building issue and certainly has nothing to do with this unit.

Nice Place For it's cost, but tight for 5 people
It was a very good price, the apartment was in a very well located building, and everything was very simple and clear to check in and out. The only thing, if you are renting for 5 people it is tight, there isn't much room for 5, so I wouldn't stay a long time with 5 people in the apartment.

The perfect accommodation (alojamiento perfecto)
La estancia en este alojamiento ha sido excelente en todo sentido. Esta en condiciones impecables, limpio, ordenado, y con todos los accesorios necesarios para pasar de maravilla. ArtÃculos de limpieza incluidos, heladera, cocina, microondas, vajilla, toallas, sombrilla, sillas de playa, tv cable, aire acondicionado etc. Algo a destacar es que tiene el valet parking incluido, con un servicio muy rápido las 24 hs del dÃa. Además de lo anterior, no podemos dejar de mencionar la ubicación, muy buena encontrándose directo sobre la playa, teniendo salida particular hacia esta, además de contar con una gran piscina. Para las cosas del dÃa a dÃa, en frente tiene donde comprar lo que necesites, y a pocas cuadras, se encuentra centro comercial con farmacia, restaurantes, supermercados, etc. Tanto antes y durante la estadÃa, nuestro contacto, el administrador, siempre estuvo atento a todo lo que necesitáramos. (Gracias Guillermo B. por todo) Altamente recomendable, y seguramente regresaremos al mismo lugar en nuestra próxima visita a Miami. The stay in this accommodation was excellent in every way. It was in impeccable conditions, clean, tidy and with all accessories you may need to spend great holidays. It has everything you may need, such as refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, towels, beach chairs and umbrella, cable tv, air condition etc. . Something to note is that the valet parking is included, with a very fast service 24 hours a day. In addition, we can not fail to mention the location, which is straight at the beach, having private access to it, besides having a great pool. For the day to day, crossing the street you have a place where you can buy whatever you need, and few blocks away you can find malls, pharmacy, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Before as well as during the stay, our contact, the manager, was always attentive to everything we needed. Excelente departamento!!!!
El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Lo único q fallo fue la cocina, que por razón q aún desconozco no funciona con las ollas q se brindan pero si con la pava q hay. No sé si es algo de las ollas o la cocina. Pero se compensa con la excelente ubicación de la propiedad. Enfrente de un 7-eleven, un Walgreens a 2 cuadras y un publix a 4. El edificio tiene una gran pileta y un acceso a la playa excepcional. Además cuenta con valet parking gratuito las 24 hs.
