At A Glance!
Reviews indicate that this property boasts a fantastic location, with easy access to a beautiful beach and nearby restaurants and shops. Guests appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the helpful communication from the hosts. However, several reviews noted that the property is somewhat outdated, with issues such as noise from neighboring rooms and the need for better maintenance in some areas. Overall, the sentiment is mostly positive, with many guests enjoying their stay and recommending the property for its value and convenience.
Review
It was outdated, very poorly cleaned. Sheets didn’t fit the bed right. Couldn’t get any channels on tv. Thank god we only used it to sleep.

Vacation!
The room was spacious and as advertised in the picture. Bed was clean, there was a nice view and the pool was nice. It was great being across from the beach! The walls were too thin and we could hear a lot going on upstairs. But other than that, we had a great time! Would recommend!!

Stay was ok
Check in went easy, no problems. The location was perfect. Close to the beach and walking distance to stores. The hotel was old but clean. The shower and bathroom could of been cleaned better. I had to go out and buy new sheets and comforters for the bed. The ones that were on them were dirty. Overall stay was good other than that

Perfect location for weekend getaway!
We ha a recent Fri to Tues stay and could not have been happier! As it was spring break we were looking for a quieter atmosphere than South Beach but with beach access and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. This property was perfect!! The communication with the owners was great and check in information was provided timely. The property was definitely dated with some wear and tear to the room, common areas, etc, however everything was clean and the price was perfect! We spent most of our time on the beach, which was a quick walk from the room. The beach chairs and umbrella were a great added convenience as well (although glad we brought our own beach towels along as the two that were provided were a little small and thin). Bikes were easy to rent at a nearby location and the path behind the property was perfect for walking and biking. There were several good restaurants within walking distance as well as a convenience store across the street and Publix just a short walk away. And the bed...we have never been more comfortable while sleeping away from home!! We had a great stay and recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing and affordable getaway!

Amazing beach
We had a similar experience to Thomas M. The beach was nothing short of amazing. Beautiful views, white sand, absolutely lovely. It was also very nice to have chairs available. Accessibility of the beach is a breeze, just passing through the back gate. We had a similar experience with noise above us but it was quiet by midnight and being on vacation we were up later anyways. There are signs of corrosion from salt water but keep in mind this is a classic building, it comes with the age and charm. Overall Marie was an excellent host and we had a great time.

Great vacation spot!
My husband and I enjoyed our time in Miami Beach! The room was nice and clean. Our only complaints were the hallways of the actual hotel smelled like cigarette smoke a lot of the time, and we wish there was a mattress topper on the bed (it was a little firm and you can feel the springs). But overall a great stay - we really enjoyed the beach and pool area.

Great location!
The property was very clean and there were beach chairs and umbrella which was great. We loved walking on the boardwalk which is accessible at the back of the property and we rented bikes too. The beach is beautiful and we liked that the area was so much quieter than South Beach but there were still restaurants around that we could walk to. There is a free trolley that goes up and down Collins Ave which we used to see other parts of Miami Beach and there is also a bus to Miami airport. We did not need to rent a car which was great. There is a breakfast/lunch cafe and a convenience store across the street which we appreciated. There is also a Publix within walking distance. We had a very enjoyable time and we would definitely stay there again. The owners were great to communicate with and responded to any questions we had.

Miami Getaway
We had an awesome experience. The room was clean and decorated trendy. The use of the umbrella and chairs that were available was a nice touch. The property was peaceful. Walking distance to several really good restaurants. I would stay there again if I were staying in that same area. About 5 miles from South Beach, a mall north of the property near Haulover Beach which was just about 4 miles north of the property. Valet Parking was convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cute place, great location!!
Overall, this condo was good for what we wanted it for! The proximity to a convenience store (across the street), some restaurants, and a grocery store was awesome. The view from the room to the pool and beach was perfect to look out to every morning too! Thank goodness for valet parking there, other parking is definitely hard to find in the area. Only a few negatives about our experience. For one, the stovetop in the room did not get very hot for some reason, so we unfortunately couldn’t cook some food we wanted. The building is definitely a little outdated and the elevators were fairly slow. Lastly, the power was unfortunately out for a day and a half during our stay, but at least we had the beach and pool to go out to during the day! If you’re looking for a nice little beach vacation/getaway, this is a perfect spot!

Wonderful Property
We really enjoyed the property they have a beautiful pool and out the gate, you are right on the beach. If you want to walk, run, bike the boardwalk is right out the gate also. You are required to valet your car every day which was kind of cool. Just like the rich bring the car around. Our one only thing we have a negative with is they do not provide enough toilet paper and garbage bags. You can get more but you will be charged extra for it. The area it is located in reminds a lot of New York. It is easier to walk to everywhere because parking is so limited. We loved our stay very much and we will be back.

location 3 stars for the amenities in the Building
Louis and Marie were extremely helpful and responsive. Location wise it was great! The beach was quiet and we could always find a spot! A few restaurants well within walking distance if you know where to look (most seem to be in hotels or condominiums). South Beach proper was about 4 miles down the island and was easy to get to. The room was such a steal for the location, outside the pool exit was the boardwalk and then the beach just beyond. Everything was very clean both in the room and the building was as well, people seemed to be abiding by social distancing rules posted and we never had a noise problem once we got back to the room at night. Check in and out was a breeze, I just gave my name and the front desk had all of the paperwork completed already. The view out the window from bed is so beautiful and you could get a really good idea of the days weather first thing looking out. The only negative thing I can say about the room is that the pillows were much too thick for my liking. As far as the Casablanca goes, I’m sure at one time it was very nice but things are fairly rundown, the pool is as far as we could tell not heated (it was cooler than the ocean in February). The laundry situation was frustrating with the fact that it was quarter operated with no place to get quarters in the building and the front desk did not have any suggestions besides the bank down the road. The coin return on the dryer did not work either when it wouldn’t start. The building WiFi was essentially unusable while we were there. Once connected we couldn’t load anything without phone service so we disconnected from it for the week. Overall we loved South-beach and will be coming back again!

Great location for a birthday surprise!
This property is centrally located in Miami Beach. The beach is fabulous and the convenience of the 7 Eleven across the street is perfect for picking up beer, sodas and snacks. If you don’t feel like walking across the street, the on-site beach store has all you need from cold Coors Light to sunscreen and beach supplies. The condo is bright and comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. Bring your own beach towels. We will be back.
