About this House
550 sq ft studio apartment in the Fontainebleau Hotel's Sorrento Tower. Kitchenette (mini-fridge, sink, microwave), balcony and 1 full bathroom. Access to Hotel facilities and 2 spa passes (grants access to the Fontainebleau Lapis Spa) are included in the rate.
Bed setup: The suite has a king size bed and one full size sofa sleeper.1 additional rollaway bed can be rented from the hotel for $60/night +tax.
Please note the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge, not included in the rate, has been increased affecting reservations booked after January 15th, 2024. Slight changes may still apply to the information below.
Mandatory cleaning fee is not included in the rate, and is charged by the hotel upon departure.
DEFAULT SELECTION FOR YOUR STAY IS CHECK OUT CLEANING: $155 + tax (no service provided during stay).
Every other day cleaning option is also available at the cost of $80/cleaning + tax, plus additional check out cleaning fee of $155.

Guest Access
The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each unit. Wristbands that give access to the pool are given complimentary MAX at 4 wristbands for a junior suite and 5 wristbands for a 1 bedroom suite (additional wristbands are $35 per wristband regardless of the number of people staying in the suite - the hotel limits wristbands per unit).
The only hotel charges not included in the rate are the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout, rollaway bed costs, wristband charges above those allotted to the suite and valet parking.
Other details to note:
HOTEL POLICY: A credit card is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $200 per day in addition to any room and tax charges that may apply. As an alternative to a credit card, a $600 cash deposit plus room and tax may be provided at check-in if the room is not prepaid.
CHECK IN TIME: AFTER 4:00 PM DEPENDING ON HOUSEKEEPING TURNOVER
CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 AM - ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LATE CHECK OUT DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY, NOTHING GUARANTEED BUT IT COULD BE A POSSIBILITY.
Cancellations made for any reason such as but not limited to sickness, inclement weather, flight delays or flight cancellations will not warrant a refund. Travel insurance for unexpected cancellations is recommended to all our guests.

Great Stay
The property was great. My buddy and I stayed for our friend’s bachelor party and the listing was exactly as pictured. Good amenities and easy to check in and out. Would stay again when in Miami with friends.

Great stay, highly recommend.
Stayed there for a conference, and it was a great option given the limited rooms available for the conference and rates. Host was flexible with a change. Everything went well and I will consider the place in the future.

Perfect Place to Stay

Great option for your stay
Room was spacious and perfect for what I needed as I attended a conference there for a long weekend. Restaurants had excellent food, bar was lively and fun, beach relaxing, gym was great. Next time I will make time for the SPA and bicycling along the beach. Large facility so wear comfy shoes and just enjoy not being home. :)

Excellent Condo!
We really enjoyed our stay over Art Basel 2022. The condo was exactly as described. It was in a great location in the building, right off the elevator with a perfect view of the pool and the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice and clean with a beautiful view
We had an amazing time here. The room was spacious, clean and had a great view of the pool/beach. The room is as exactly described and located right by the elevators on the 15th floor. There's a nice little fridge with ice!!! This was a great perk as there are no ice machines in the hotel, you actually have to call house keeping for it! We didn't have any issues with noise during our stay and the owner is very prompt in his responses. Highly recommended!

Great Condo with a nice view of the pool
The condo was great - the bed was very comfortable and it was very clean with most everything I needed. Housekeeping was by request... but other than that my stay was very enjoyable. This is a roomy condo in the Sorrento tower and the Fountainbleu has plenty to offer. If you have a 2nd car - Valet is $55 a day and you have to park at the main entrance - a little bit of a drag... all in all - would stay here again - Thanks!

I’ve stayed at the property many times before, this was my first renting from Vrbo. I stayed with my 2 grown children and we had a fabulous time as always. The place was nice and clean with a perfect ocean and bay view, will definitely stay again. Thank you!!

Fun family weekend in Miami
This resort is gorgeous, has something for everyone. Tons of energy and good service. A great view of pool and ocean from the room. The room is near the elevator bank, so there’s some noise, but not bad and we sleep with white noise. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!
