About this House
This expansive studio apartment is located in the Fontainebleau Hotel's luxury condo Sorrento tower. The Fontainebleau hotel is an oceanfront hotel property in Miami Beach, located right around 41st street, a mile away from the heart of South Beach. Included with the reservation rate are the resort fees and access to all of the HOTEL AMENITIES including the pools, gym, beach access, and 2 spa passes to Fontainebleau's Lapis Spa.
This furnished unit offers an open layout with one king size bed, as well as a full size sofa sleeper. The apartment has a fully furnished balcony, one luxurious full marble floored bathroom with granite countertops, oversized Jacuzzi tub, and Separate Glass Enclosed shower.
Bed setup: The suite has a king size bed and one full size sofa sleeper.1 additional rollaway bed can be rented from the hotel per night for $60/night plus tax.
Other things to note
Please note the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge, not included in the rate, has been increased affecting reservations booked after January 15th, 2024. Slight changes may still apply to the information below.
Mandatory cleaning fee is not included in the rate, and is charged by the hotel upon departure.
DEFAULT SELECTION FOR YOUR STAY IS CHECK OUT CLEANING: $155 + tax (no service provided during stay).
Every other day cleaning option is also available at the cost of $80/cleaning + tax, plus additional check out cleaning fee of $155 plus tax.
Additional linens, towels, etc. can be ordered by calling housekeeping during your stay.
We do not charge a cleaning fee. A cleaning fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel, and is subject to change, MUST be confirmed by the guest at check-in with the front desk agent. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning, preference must be communicated by guest upon check-in. Unfortunately, we cannot waive the cleaning fee.

Guest Access
The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each unit. Wristbands that give access to the pool are given complimentary MAX at 4 wristbands for a junior suite and 5 wristbands for a 1 bedroom suite (additional wristbands are $35 per wristband regardless of the number of people staying in the suite - the hotel limits wristbands per unit).
The only hotel charges not included in the rate are the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout, rollaway bed costs, wristband charges above those allotted to the suite and valet parking.
Other details to note:
HOTEL POLICY: A credit card is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $200 per day in addition to any room and tax charges that may apply. As an alternative to a credit card, a $600 cash deposit plus room and tax may be provided at check-in if the room is not prepaid.
CHECK IN TIME: AFTER 4:00 PM DEPENDING ON HOUSEKEEPING TURNOVER
CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 AM - ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LATE CHECK OUT DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY, NOTHING GUARANTEED BUT IT COULD BE A POSSIBILITY.
Cancellations made for any reason such as but not limited to sickness, inclement weather, flight delays or flight cancellations will not warrant a refund. Travel insurance for unexpected cancellations is recommended to all our guests.

While Fontainebleau is the primary place to “see and be seen” in Miami, please take these events, the corresponding sound factor and its possible impact on your stay (i.e. volume of guests, reduced availability for restaurant reservations), into consideration when choosing your dates. It is solely the guest's responsibility to check the Hotel events calendar or reach out to the Hotel directly for details prior to booking. The studio apartment was really spacious and comfortable and well equipped with a view to the ocean from the balcony. Service was excellent. Valey parking was very good. Easy access to the hotels amenities including an amazing spa.

Great stay!
My two friends and I stayed here on our girls trip. The room and bathroom were both spacious. We were very comfortable. The building was peaceful and quiet which we loved. It was also close to the Uber/ valet pickup area which was very convenient. Overall great stay!

Sisters Vacay Trip
Wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed every minute! The pictures don't do it justice! The room is beautiful, spacious, and clean. The hosts are exceptional and very responsive to questions. Quiet and secluded hotel room, very nice view of the pool and the ocean.
We are always happy to come to Miami and stay in Fountaineblau. We used Vrbo second time to stay in this beautiful property, and we were especially happy that we had a free parking and two passes to the spa.

The signature Strip Steak was impeccable. I MADE FRIENDS! I DRANK REAL WINE.
Very comfy. Certain things are not functional in this unit, the bathroom sink plunger does not work. The bathroom towel hanger swivels. I very much like the fridge and microwave. Had no idea there was a microwave until my last morning there. Everyone I met was very positive and was super cool with me. Great suggestions from people and great vibes from staff. I will come back again.
