About this House
550 sq ft studio apartment in the Fontainebleau Hotel's Sorrento Tower. Kitchenette (mini-fridge, sink, microwave), balcony and 1 full bathroom. Access to Hotel facilities and 2 spa passes (grants access to the Fontainebleau Lapis Spa) are included in the rate.
Bed setup: The suite has a king size bed and one full size sofa sleeper.1 additional rollaway bed can be rented from the hotel for $60/night + tax.
Please note the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge, not included in the rate, has been increased affecting reservations booked after January 15th, 2024. Slight changes may still apply to the information below.
Mandatory cleaning fee is not included in the rate, and is charged by the hotel upon departure.
DEFAULT SELECTION FOR YOUR STAY IS CHECK OUT CLEANING: $155 + tax (no service provided during stay).
Every other day cleaning option is also available at the cost of $80/cleaning + tax, plus additional check out cleaning fee of $155.
Additional linens, towels, etc. can be ordered by calling housekeeping during your stay.
We do not charge a cleaning fee. A cleaning fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel, and is subject to change, MUST be confirmed by the guest at check-in with the front desk agent. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning, preference must be communicated by guest upon check-in. Unfortunately, we cannot waive the cleaning fee.

Guest Access
The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each unit. Wristbands that give access to the pool are given complimentary MAX at 4 wristbands for a junior suite and 5 wristbands for a 1 bedroom suite (additional wristbands are $35 per wristband regardless of the number of people staying in the suite - the hotel limits wristbands per unit).
The only hotel charges not included in the rate are the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout, rollaway bed costs, wristband charges above those allotted to the suite and valet parking.
Other details to note:
HOTEL POLICY: A credit card is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $200 per day in addition to any room and tax charges that may apply. As an alternative to a credit card, a $600 cash deposit plus room and tax may be provided at check-in if the room is not prepaid.
CHECK IN TIME: AFTER 4:00 PM DEPENDING ON HOUSEKEEPING TURNOVER
CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 AM - ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LATE CHECK OUT DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY, NOTHING GUARANTEED BUT IT COULD BE A POSSIBILITY.
Cancellations made for any reason such as but not limited to sickness, inclement weather, flight delays or flight cancellations will not warrant a refund. Travel insurance for unexpected cancellations is recommended to all our guests.

While Fontainebleau is the primary place to “see and be seen” in Miami, please take these events, the corresponding sound factor and its possible impact on your stay (i.e. volume of guests, reduced availability for restaurant reservations), into consideration when choosing your dates. Meh
Fountainbleau has lost a lot of luster, very pedestrian. Unit was okay, could not enjoy the outdoor (balcony) due to the ambient noise. Bed seemed well used, linens were utilitarian.

Great two nights!
Had a great solo trip to Miami and this property was perfect!! Fun, lively, and a beautiful resort!! Will definitely be booking again for future Miami travel!!!!

Beautiful location, easy check in
My husband and I went here to celebrate our anniversary and we couldn’t be happier with the accommodations. Check in was slightly delayed but the hotel was kind enough to let us use the amenities while we waited for the room to be fully cleaned. It was a beautiful room. Clean sheets and clean bathroom. Nice soaking tub. Beautiful balcony with a view. I’m very pleased and def will return!

Clean room, party hotel
The room was perfect. Room itself is quiet, a great size and good view. Very clean, Hotel staff is great and always helpful. However I will say, the hotel itself seems to have turned into more of a party hotel and not as classy as the last time I stayed here. Could be because it was the opening weekend of the club inside the hotel, however if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing pool atmosphere - this wouldn’t be my first choice. That being said, we still had a wonderful time.

Everything was great!
My friends and I enjoyed ourselves 100%. The location was perfect and the room was good. I do suggest housekeeping do a beater job cleaning for the rate charged for the service to clean there should be no dust, dirt cabinets or carpets anywhere. Outside of the room needing a better clean job, our stay was great and I would recommend the room/hotel to anyone.

I never had a worst check in process
I was able to check in at 4:30. PM. Staff couldn’t accommodate me and couldn’t work with housekeeping. Had to speak with 10 different people. Didn’t get in my room until 4:30. Horrible

Overpriced and underwhelming
The checkin process was a bit of pain. Only one elevator seemed to work and it only went to the 15th floor (we stayed on the 16th). It was supposed to be fixed, but at 1 AM it was the only one that worked. The cleaning fees are absurd and unnecessary. The food sub par for the price and the place was under construction. For the price paid, perfection is expected... sorry, not sorry. Even though the staff was polite and the place is rich with entertainment history... I don’t see myself returning.
