We had such an amazing stay! Everything was spotless, the amenities were excellent!! The service at the hotel was great. The pool and adult only pool were amazing and the beach was so nice!! We were always able to get in touch with our host and they were so accommodating. 💯 I would stay here again.

Best in Miami Beach
Natalie and her team were excellent the entire stay. They remained in communication and were very responsive if needed. The unit itself (the Fendi Suite) was beautiful with a perfect balcony (including a table with chairs and a daybed that directly views the ocean on a high floor). As someone who has stayed at this hotel before, renting at 1 Homes with Natalie has much better benefits than just the hotel on its own. As a resident you will have your own private lobby, private valet (you can call and your car is brought right to the front of a private driveway for you), and you also get private seating at the popular rooftop pool. Normally I do not take the time to leave reviews, but this was my first time with Natalie/VRBO and my expectations were greatly exceeded. I cannot stress enough what a gem this place is. The best part of this entire process is after you check in you can just sit back and enjoy your vacation in a luxurious condo, for a price much cheaper than a similar hotel suite. The 1 Hotel property/amenities are the best on south beach, and also this location is perfect because it avoids a lot of traffic with easy access to the highway and shops. Thanks again Natalie for making it a memorable trip we will definitely be back!

Beautiful Apartment!!
We had a fantastic time at Natalies apartment, everything exactly as described, even better than we hoped for. Lovely view very clean spacious apartment, with everything thing you might need and a full size kitchen. Communication was great from start to finish and check in easy. The 1 Hotel is amazing with great pools and friendly staff, we cant wait to come back!

Not good
We asked before checking in to see if we can ask for a late check out since we had limited time in Florida. Keep in mind we were only asking for an hour late check out. The owner never responded to my message and two other people who helps out the owner could not give us a definitive answer. Come check out date, we were basically ambushed from two guys calling me asking to leave. It was apology like a harassment they were blowing up my phone. Our family were late checking out and we were out by 12pm. Berry bad experience. The place smells and they need a new HVAC. Do not stay. It’s not worth the money.

Fendi Suite- 8/24-8/26
This is my 2nd time renting a unit from Natalie and it was beautiful just like the first time. The views of this unit overlook the resort pools and has a great ocean view that is as good as oceanfront. The unit is exactly like the online pictures and does not disappoint. A bottle of wine and water bottles were provided upon check in which was a wonderful welcome gift. Checking in was also very smooth and you are allowed to use all resident/hotel amenities until your room is ready. Even After checkout, we stayed at the rooftop pool for the remainder of the day. Natalie will be my go to for all my 1Hotel stays. Book now!! You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic Stay

Fantastic weekend

Fantastic Family Spring Break
My family and I had the most wonderful and relaxing spring break in Natalie's Fendi suite. Natalie was very nice and prompt with correspondance about the rental. There was also great onsite people to help with any questions as well. Great hospitality over all. The room as well as the amenities were top notch and very luxurious. There were gorgeous pools and a beautiful beach. Plus healthy eating options all over the hotel. I can't say enough good things. I will definitely be back and highly recommend for a family trip or a couples get away.
