Beautiful end to Summer Holiday
We booked this apartment for our one week annual visit to Miami. The apartment was gorgeous and impeccably clean. We had everything needed for eating in or out and a fantastic terrace with ocean view for evening glass of wine before dinner or night cap afterwards. The owner and managers were accessible and very responsive. We enjoyed all hotel amenities with the comfort of an apartment. The staff at the property and hotel are also stellar.

Perfect Getaway!
My wife and I had never been to South Beach. Found this 1 Hotel residence through a friend. Our host, Natalie, answered all of our initial questions timely and provided details needed to make our stay exceptional. Great value for the area. 1 Hotel staff were very accommodating. Great vibes
My wife and I were looking for a relaxing, but upbeat location for a weekend getaway in South Beach. We absolutely loved Natalie’s Dolce suite. it was everything we were looking for. The booking process was so straightforward. Natalie was amazing with communication and so quick to respond to any questions. Checking in at the Residence Private lobby was straightforward and quick. the room was absolutely stunning. It’s exactly as advertised. Totally Miami laid-back chic. It had absolutely everything we needed. The hotel itself is amazing. It has such a laid-back yet hip vibe. It’s a beautiful hotel from the lobby to the elevators to the pools. We enjoyed the rooftop pool as well as the beach side restaurant. Every employee we came into contact with so helpful and nice. This was absolutely one of the nicest hotels and hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to go back again!

Just Perfect.
Natalie and everyone on her team were exceptional. The suite had everything we needed to be comfortable during our long stay. Every single hotel staff member was gracious and attentive. The hotel is such a vibe in itself, and we really appreciated how that vibe carried over into the suite in terms of the serene decor. Well done, Natalie. We had a great experience at 1 Homes Miami. The host was very responsive and accommodating, the condo was clean and in good condition. Check in / check out was quick and easy. The beach front property and amenities are beautiful. If you are looking the comfort of home combined with resort beachfront amenities this is for you. We also happened to bump into actor R&B singer Jamie Fox on property during our stay.
