"Beautifully renovated, 1100 sqft apartment. Newly renovated in the heart of West Brickell. There are two very comfortable and cozy bedrooms, 1 Queen Bed and 2 Double Beds. The living room and outside balcony are great for relaxing, or having a coffee. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and renovated for your family cooking. 1 Assigned parking space, with tons of free outside parking spaces. We are centrally located, and near all the desirable locations.
The Space:
COVID19 - CLEANING PROCEDURES
1- Cleaning staff uses handheld spray sanitizer to disinfect home when entering property.
2- UV light disinfectant is used on any touch surfaces - remote, light switches, countertops etc.
3- Touch surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant wipes.
4- Deep clean is thoroughly done every cleaning.
5- Sheets are deep washed with bleach and detergent.

This apartment is located in a small building with only 8 units. This apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen fully equipped to prepare meals and dine at home. Location in a residential yet central location to enjoy Miami like a local. Our guests have access to the coin laundry and balcony space. This is a super quiet and small 4-plex, where you will meet other world travelers staying in the other 3 units.

West Brickell has something to offer for everyone: boutique shopping, cafes, breakfast places, bars, restaurants and a variety of high-end dining and everyday convenience stores are all within short distance and South Beach is only a 15 minute ride away. West Brickell is great for its location between two vibrant and trendy arts districts: Wynwood and the Design District.
Getting Around:
The free, public Miami Trolley transportation stops outside the building and by car you have immediate access to routes US-1, I-95, and I-195. South Beach is only a 15 minute car or Uber ride away. Miami International airport can be reached in 13 min. The apartment comes with 1 free parking on the premises.

Shared grounds with world travelers staying in guest units.
Pet Fee is $150 - 1 time fee to hire a cleaning staff to deep clean home.
Residential area, if you have in mind to party and not respect our 10pm quiet time, this is not the right place for you.

Uncomfortable, deep down not clean
The property is beautiful. Owner was easy to communicate with. We had 4 adults the beds are listed in one room as double beds not two twin sized beds. That alone would have made us choose differently. There was only one wash cloth for 4 adults. There was a brown stain on the wall walking into the hallway. There was blood on the top of one of twin bed covers. The queen bed was stained all over when we stripped the bed apon leaving. We also found an eyelash in one of the twin beds and a floss toothpick in the other room and an earring between the chair and the couch. The couch is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I’ve ever sat on. The housekeeper was waiting outside our room 2 hours prior to check out ready to clean.

Little Havana Unit
Property is located close to Little Havana and other downtown Miami areas. Unit is very quiet (only four total units in the building) and surrounded by schools and parks. Easy off street parking. Unit owner was easy to communicate with and made the check in / check out process smooth. Would definitely stay in this unit when returning to Miami.

Great Communication And Resolution To Small Issues
Our Little Condo Felt Like Home, We Were In Love. The Owner And His Assistant Were Very Helpful And Communicated Well When We Had Minor Issues With The Bedding. Would Definitely Recommend And Stay Here Again.

Great birthday escape
The property is in the middle of Little Havana. It was very safe and quiet. The neighborhood was unbelievably quiet. The property next door had multiple dogs and they didn’t bark all night like I expected. The property had plenty of items that made the apartment feel like home. Pictures are as described and the management team checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. When I come back to Miami I would definitely book again with this property. Thank you for the hospitality.
