At A Glance!
Reviews indicate that this property offers a clean and comfortable stay, with a great location in Little Havana that provides easy access to local restaurants and coffee shops. Guests appreciated the host's communication and found the apartment to be as advertised. However, some reviewers noted discrepancies regarding the location, mentioning that it is not in the more upscale Brickell area as initially suggested, and raised concerns about cleanliness in the surrounding neighborhood. Overall, the sentiment is mostly positive, with some caveats regarding location and additional fees.
Great Little Place to Stay
Great little Apartment in little Havana. It was exactly as advertised and the Host was super easy to communicate with. There are some awesome local restaurants and local Cuban coffee shops all within walking distance. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're down in Miami. Thanks

Know before you go
Nice place, although it’s not in Brickell as advertised. I sent the listing to a friend in Miami and the first thing the said was I’d love Brickell because it’s so clean. Well this is deep in Little Havana and there is garbage everywhere and no shortage of roosters if you’d like to wake up with the sun. Not a problem if you know what you’re getting into; but it is if you think you’re staying in Brickell. There are blinds all over the house, but the only ones that don’t close—they don’t even have a cord—are located in the bathroom shower window. We used an old rag to cover the gap in the window. I was charged two cleaning fees —nonrefundable—even though we left the place immaculate; and a mysterious fee from VRBO. This was my first and last experience renting a home. I’ll board the dog and get a hotel room next time.
