"NEW! Modern and charming 3BR home, close to everything in FL! Enjoy amenities such as outdoor seating, BBQ, large outdoor space, washer/dryer, high-speed internet, smart remote TV, quiet neighborhood & tasteful decorations! Additionally, induction oven, refrigerator, microwave, etc.... Special attention to cleanliness and general maintenance. An Uber to everything - 7 miles to the south beach, 1.4 to Brickell, 3.4 to Wynwood, 1.7 miles to downtown, 6 to MIA airport, 8 to Key Biscayne.
We've completely redone this home for your optimal comfort. House has been completely remodeled with all new floors, kitchen, and bathroom. Beautiful cozy outdoor area with privacy fencing and seating. Entire house for your use. Bedding and towels are washed with care.
We like to give our guests privacy, but if you have any questions or concerns, we are available by phone, text or email at all times.
Little Havana is Miami’s vibrant Cuban heart, with Latin American art galleries and busy restaurants. Cafes with walk-up windows sell Cuban coffee to cigar-smoking patrons. On Calle Ocho (SW 8th Street), locals discuss politics over dominoes at Maximo Gomez Park, dubbed Domino Park by locals.
The airport is 15 minutes away. I recommend renting a car or moving by Uber/Lyft. There are also buses on 8th street ( five minutes away walking) , some are free some are just 3 dollars the ride and they will take you around Miami. However the bus is not very fast so you are free to decide which one is your best transportation method.

Excellent location
I loved the location! Stayed here for almost 3 wks. Neighborhood felt safe. Within walking distance to amazing restaurants. Maria was very responsive to my concerns whenever something came up (bathroom sink clogged up on us and they fixed it same day). Would stay here again.

Zufrieden mit wenig Mängel
Wir waren als Familie mit 3 erwachsenen Söhnen dort für 9 Tage. Uns persönlich fehlten 1 scharfes Messer und ein Brett. Draußen wäre schön gewesen, wenn Liegestühle da wären. Der Standort ist sehr gut. Man kommt zu Fuß nach Downtown. WLAN ging sehr gut.

Schöne ruhige Unterkunft
Wir waren schon öfter in Little Havana, haben aber noch nie eine so schön ruhig gelegene Unterkunft gehabt. Der Weg zum Callo Ocho war fußläufig etwas weiter. Den haben wir liebend gern in Kauf genommen. Unsere Nachtruhe war und der Weg wert. Maria war für Fragen immer erreichbar.

Excellent location to cruise ship port
Nice little place behind the main house. Very quiet and clean. Looks like a garden house. Bungalow, one level, so perfect for my elderly parents. A little difficult to find at night as the house number is dark on the mailbox. Uber driver took us to 7th street instead of 9th. Very shady area. We were very relieved that this place was in a nice residential neighborhood. We could walk 5 minutes to CVS , restaurants and liquor store.
