The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.
ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but inpidual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.
BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 4 guests in 1 bed and 1 sleeper sofa. See bed count below:
- Bedroom 1: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2)
- Common Area: 1 Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2)* Additional beds cannot be provided.
BATHROOM: The bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.
KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 3, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.
AMENITIES: This property has an on-site gym and outdoor pool.
PARKING: Daily parking with in and out 30.00 plus 15% tax= $34.50. Monthly parking is 300.00 plus 15% tax=$345.00. Street parking is also available on a first come, first serve basis. Please be advised to pay parking in advance.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 4 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps), and TVs equipped with basic cable. High chairs, stair gates, and 1 pack-n-play crib, are provided upon request.

Everything was great about our stay. Location was perfect, centrally located from everywhere we wanted to go.

Walking distance to Publix and Walgreens which was also very helpful. Check-in was very smooth as well. Edwin helped us a lot!! Thanks again!

This was good
This place did a great job, had everything we needed, was as listed. The prior to check in process was a bit extensive, asking the same things multiple times, but the stay was great so I guess it was worth it.
