Our homey studio offers you everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
• 1 Queen bed + Tv
• 1 sofa bed
• kitchenette;
• 1 Bathroom;
• Balcony with a spectacular view;
• 1 free parking spot and paid valet parking for the second car (optional, as you can use other parking lots you may find).
• Communal washer and dryer available on the 14th floor. Laundry costs $6.00 per cycle for both washing and drying.
Guest Access:
As our guest, you will get access to plenty of amenities that the Residence offers:
• Lushly landscaped recreation decks;
• Gym; (Please be aware that the gym will be closed for a week due to maintenance, starting on November 13th. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.)
• SPA;
• Game room;
• Pool and Jacuzzi;
• On-site restaurants and retail shops;
• 1 free parking spot and paid valet parking for the second car (optional, as you can use other parking lots you may find).
Please be aware that the property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether they were left inside or outside the parking lot, or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Brickell is the city´s financial center, where glittering business towers and luxury condos tower over Biscayne Bay. Rooftop bars and surf ´n´ turf grills cater to the banking and business crowd, while the art galleries and fashionable boutiques in the Brickell City Centre attract chic locals. The Brickell Avenue Bridge spans the Miami River and has views of the waterfront Miami Circle park and archaeological site.
Located in the building, Publix Supermarket 3 blocks away. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. Great shopping in Brickell City Centre.
Getting Around:
Parking is included in the price of the stay.
Paid valet parking is also available at the building.
Less than 5 mins Metro Trail Station and Brickell Bus Station.
Other Things to Note:
Upon arrival, the apartment will receive basic supplies to ensure a comfortable stay on the first day.
We do not provide washcloths.
Parties or a high volume of sound that annoys neighbors is not allowed in the unit, if this rule is ignored, the building may fine you.
