Parking for one vehicle is available for $10/night - please let us know if you will be parking a vehicle

The Neighborhood:
Convenient to the marina, park, Starbucks, restaurants, movie theaters, retail stores and only a few minutes away from the highway for an easy drive to downtown and all major highways!
Getting Around:
There is a train station about a mile away, it's best to get here by private/ rental car or taxi.

Other Things to Note:
Parking for one vehicle is available for $10/night - please let us know if you will be parking a vehicle
Please note that extra guests (up to the maximum allowable occupancy limits) added after the booking will incur a $10 + tax/ night/ extra guest fee.
Kindly note that late check outs are usually not possible, and a check out past 11 AM will be charged a $75 to cover cleaners overtime fees.
Please remember that you are staying in a private studio, not a hotel unit despite that my private property is in a building shared… with a hotel.
You get the same access to the amenities & engineer help as hotel guests, but daily cleaning is not part of the rate. Please let us know if you would like to purchase additional cleaning services, like a change of linens or towels.
The photos are of the actual unit, however we change furniture, accessories, art work and small appliances when needed. Some of these items may look different than in the pictures in the listing.
The kitchenette and bathroom are original but well taken care of.
There are 3 elevators, you can expect to wait for 2 -3 minutes during the morning rush hour for an available elevator.
Guest must be at least 21 years of age by check in.
Please use appliances as they are intended to be used.
We are not responsible for the loss of valuables or personal belongings of our guests.
We are not responsible for the spoilage of food and beverages.
We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
We are not liable the closure of any amenity or denial of access of our guests.
Please note all amenities are managed and operated by the Arya hotel. This includes all the pool area, gym, laundry room, car valet service. The resort management may change the opening hours or close any or all amenities for any reason. The resort management may deny or remove guest access to amenities if their posted rules are not followed. We do not accept third party reservations or reservation transfers to other guests. The booking guest must be the guest checking in and be present during the entire stay. We reserve the right to cancel non compliant reservations without a refund and vacate inpiduals from the premises that are not listed on the reservation.

Ideal Getaway
One of our favorite vacations. The condo couldn't be in a better location to enjoy downtown Coconut Grove. The condo was very clean as was the entire complex. The pool and fitness center were high quality. Looking forward to making regular trips. Thanks so much for making our trip so wonderful!

Great for our getaway
The space was beautiful and perfect for our trip to Florida. Very comfortable, well equipped, beautiful views, and steps from one of Miami’s best neighborhoods. We will be back!

Perfect Weekend Getaway
Beautiful condo, very clean and comfy large bed, and such an amazing view. We enjoyed eating our breakfast outside and the location was wonderful. Lots of walking trails around the harbor and plenty of restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops to walk to as well. The hosts were super responsive and very kind reaching out ahead and after our vacation; making sure everything was ok. Great weekend getaway!

Perfect Stay!
What an excellent view from this beautiful studio. The bedroom was comfy comfy too. It also had a modified pull out sofa for my teenage daughter. She was also very comfortable as they had additional thoughtful items like a thick mattress pad. You can't beat the view and the hosts were very easy to get in touch with and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay
A quick weekend trip for Parents’ Weekend at UM. Property was so clean and the view gorgeous. Only down side and it is out of owners control, was the lack of elevators. We had to wait at least 10 minutes each time we needed an elevator.

Great property!
Just completed a week-long stay at this property! Wonderful accommodations in a fun location! Apartment is small, but comfortable. View is breathtaking! Joe and Debra were very good about checking in to make sure everything was going well! Highly recommend 😀

If you are wondering if this property lives up to the photos, don’t wonder any longer because the photos don’t do it Justice! Beautiful property, fun location & the view is everything! Joe & Debora were a great help during our stay. We will definitely stay here whenever we’re in Miami. Can’t wait to go back! Book it before someone else does!!!!

Great hosts, gorgeous view
The hosts were exceptionally nice. The unit has a gorgeous view of Biscayne Bay and is surrounded by restaurants and shops. You can walk along the marina. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view
This is my third time to rent this property. I just love the location in and the view can’t be beat. there is a very nice outdoor restaurant, the Glass And Vine, just across the street, excellent seafood,. I intend to return next year.
