Perfect Rental Unit in the Grove
This nicely decorated unit has everything you’ll need. Well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony with wonderful views and access to all of the the Arya Hotel amenities. It’s perfectly located near shopping and restaurants. We look forward to staying here again soon.

So much for a reasonable price
The condo was beautifully decorated and spacious. We were surprised that the kitchen had a small dishwasher! The huge windows with two different shade options led out to a wraparound deck, awesome for morning coffee or watching the sunset. The elevators in the building took forever sometimes but the stairs were close by in case we didn’t want to wait. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

perfect Coconut Grove condo
This was an amazing corner studio condo unit. My personal highlights: super comfortable king size bed, wraparound balcony with lots of light streaming through the unit, soothing color palette, access to the pool :) Great Coconut Grove location with restaurants and shops within short walking distance. Host was responsive in communication. This was a perfect place for a long weekend and I hope to return again next winter/spring.

Great location!
The apartment was small but well-planned to provide everything we needed. The hotel itself is staffed by helpful people, and its location can’t be beat! You can easily walk to many restaurants and shops.

Exactly as advertised
The unit was just like the pictures. Very clean, has everything you need. Very very comfortable bed, great shower and soaking tub. It was the perfect solo getaway for me.

Adorable, clean and great location
Stayed here with my daughter while visiting U of Miami. It was very clean and cozy, felt right at home. Had great dinners within walking distance and took short uber ride to Coral Gables for shopping and more great restaurants. Perfect location!

24 hour from by desk service was excellent. Arrived late and received the key and information from front desk. All of the staff in the front of the building were extremely helpful. Great location for walking and exploring.

Simply FFABULOUS! From the prompt replies to our inquiries to the comfortable bed to the breathtaking views to the high quality finishes this property is top notch! So much so, we stayed an additional day to enjoy the rooftop pool and walk around Coconut Grove.

Really Great
Everything setting up this stay was easy. The mini suite was beautiful, clean and in the middle of Coconut Grove. The wrap around windows made the suite feel very inviting. The 8th floor pool and restaurant overlooking the bay was the best. I would stay here over and over.

Wonderful place to stay in Coconut Grove!
We enjoyed our "part vacation - part business" weekend in the area. The suite has a gorgeous view, the building's restaurant and pool deck made for a relaxing weekend, and the restaurants nearby were fantastic. The suite was clean and well equipped, the decor is contemporary and efficient, and check in and check out was quick. We were allowed to check in early, once the suite was ready - a bonus that we greatly appreciated!
