The Neighborhood:
Convenient to the marina, park, Starbucks, restaurants, movie theaters, retail stores and only a few minutes away from the highway for an easy drive to downtown and all major highways!
Getting Around:
There is a train station about a mile away, it's best to get here by private/ rental car or taxi.

10 minutes by car to the University of Miami
15 Minutes by car from Brickell

Parking for one vehicle is available for $10/night - please let us know if you will be parking a vehicle
Please note that extra guests (up to the maximum allowable occupancy limits) added after the booking will incur a $10 + tax/ night/ extra guest fee.
Kindly note that late check outs are usually not possible, and a check out past 11 AM will be charged a $75 to cover cleaners overtime fees.
Please remember that you are staying in a private studio, not a hotel unit despite that my private property is in a building shared… with a hotel.
You get the same access to the amenities & engineer help as hotel guests, but daily cleaning is not part of the rate. Please let us know if you would like to purchase additional cleaning services, like a change of linens or towels.
The photos are of the actual unit, however we change furniture, accessories, art work and small appliances when needed. Some of these items may look different than in the pictures in the listing.
The kitchenette and bathroom are original but well taken care of.
There are 3 elevators, you can expect to wait for 2 -3 minutes during the morning rush hour for an available elevator.
Guest must be at least 21 years of age by check in.
Please use appliances as they are intended to be used.
We are not responsible for the loss of valuables or personal belongings of our guests.
We are not responsible for the spoilage of food and beverages.
We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
We are not liable the closure of any amenity or denial of access of our guests.
Please note all amenities are managed and operated by the Arya hotel. This includes all the pool area, gym, laundry room, car valet service. The resort management may change the opening hours or close any or all amenities for any reason. The resort management may deny or remove guest access to amenities if their posted rules are not followed. Please inquire with Arya hotel representatives for any questions regarding access to resort amenities.
We do not accept third party reservations or reservation transfers to other guests. The booking guest must be the guest checking in and be present during the entire stay. We reserve the right to cancel non compliant reservations without a refund and vacate inpiduals from the premises that are not listed on the reservation.

Visiting for the weekend with my son- we enjoyed this cozy landing spot and couldn’t get enough of the balcony with the gorgeous view! The neighborhood was perfect for long walks in the morning and lively outing in the evening.

Location! Location!
We stayed for 9 nights at Joe and Debora's studio. Excellent location for touring the Miami and Coconut Grove area. Close to public transportation - Miami/Dade has fantastic free metrorail and trolley service that can get you to the major attractions. Don't miss the Vizcaya Museum and Garden! The studio is on the 21st floor and has a beautiful view of Biscayne Bay. The restaurant across the street provided wonderful jazz music on Friday and Saturday nights that we could hear from our balcony. Comfortable bed! Joe and Debora were easy to reach and quickly provided answers to any questions we had. A further note -- do not miss eating at the Jaguar restaurant, just around the corner! Thanks for a great visit to Coconut Grove and the surrounding area!1

Terrific owners and great location
The studio is comfortable, in a great location with a beautiful view and amenities. Cannot say enough about the owners! Never had an issue but they followed up several times to make sure we had all the information needed and everything was good. Highly recommend!
