Easy checkin and checkout. We ask that you use the dishwasher to wash all the dishes during your stay and before your checkout. We also ask that you be conscious about the environment and turn off all lights and air conditioner before you leave the house. Upon your checkout please take out the trash and place it in the green tanks in front of the house.

We had a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We appreciated the location being walking distance from a Target and Sprouts. Pizza delivery from Paulo Luigi was incredible!

Easy stay in Miami.
Nice location, house was in good condition. Beds and bathroom were clean. David communicated well. Would stay again. Mattress was on hard side (personal preference) but I slept well enough for my stay. Happy with our visit in Miami.

Excellent Stay
Adorable little villa. Perfect place to stay while moving our daughter into UMIAMI from out of state. Location is convenient & easy to get to. Owners are extremely friendly, accessible & accommodating. The place is VERY clean & as described. We would go back.

Clean house close to the grove
We vacation here for a week to explore the Miami area. The house was clean and for the most part had everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe and mostly quiet and definitely within walking distance from the grove. The only downside was that there was no drawers to put clothing in. Closets are plenty big but it would be nice to be able to have a small dresser inside one of the closets. The two beds had different mattresses on them so you could choose if you preferred a softer bed or a harder bed which is nice. Post was super responsive and check in and check out were very easy.

We stayed here while moving our son into the university of Miami. We had a great stay. Close to campus. The house was just as listed. Comfortable and clean and tastefully decorated.

Gute Ausgangslage mit Auto. Gute Ausstattung, etwas mehr Geschirr wäre gut (um den Geschirrspüler nutzen zu können). Netter Host, hat gute Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Informationen zum Check in sowie Nutzung von WiFi hätte über FeWo rechtzeitiger und unkomplizierter erfolgen sollen, zumal nicht davon ausgegangen werden kann, dass man über mobile Daten verfügt. Sonst klare Empfehlung.
