Welcome to our private apartment in the heart of Downtown Area! With 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 full beds), 2 baths, a futon, living room, Washer & Dryer and fully equipped kitchen, our apartment is perfect for couples, families, and groups up to 5 people. We are pet-friendly and offer free parking(driveway.)
The Apartment has two bathrooms with shower. The second bathroom is located outside and has a separate toilet and shower (this bath is shared).
Washer & dryer are shared with the second floor.

The apartment is centrally located, just two blocks from the downtown area where you can find shops, restaurants, museums, galleries, theaters, parks, the bay, and vibrant nightlife. Our apartment is on the first floor of a two-unit building with a private entrance, providing easy access. Please note that this is a humble place, but very clean and affordable, not a five-star hotel.
We offer special discounts for longer stays - 10% off for 1-week rentals and 10% off for 1-month rentals. Plus, for long stays, we provide extra cleanings at no additional cost to keep the place fresh and clean.
Our apartment is equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including bed linens, towels, beach towels, and basic kitchen supplies. We also provide a desk and chair for those who need to work remotely, with high-speed internet at 100 Mbps. We would be delighted to offer a baby crib(playpen) for toddlers upon request, to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Please let us know if you require that during your stay.
We are dog-friendly, allowing one pet up to 40 pounds with a pet fee of $80 USD. However, please be mindful of our house rules regarding pets to avoid any issues during your stay.
