-2 fully furnished other bedrooms with Bunkbeds (bottom bed is a Twin size bed and the top bunk bed is a Single size), bed linens and bedding
-Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all that you will need for your cooking.
-2 bathrooms (1 with tub, 1 without tub) Shampoo + Conditioner + Body Wash provided + bath towels, bath matt + hand towels

In addition to all the mentioned amenities, we offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities, which is generally enough for shorter stays. However, after it is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide for themselves (this includes such things as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish soap, etc.). We strive to provide an exceptional experience and want to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Please note there are absolutely no parties allowed and if this occurs you will be asked to vacate the premises without refund.
The place is just for booked guests. If there are additional people not on reservation please contact host to discuss.
#2 If the property is left in very poor cleaning conditions after your departure, beyond what a courteous guest would leave.
E.g. Leaving pots and pans in the kitchen, excess garbage in the containers, stains on the floor, dirty walls, are examples of poor conditions.
We will make an additional charge of $80 USD.
3.- Night visits that are not included in your reservation are not allowed.
If it is not mentioned in the reservation, the fee for an additional guest at that time will be charged.
4.- Youngsters, babies, toddlers, and children are more than welcome, but each one must be specified in your reservation.
5.- There cannot be more than 8 people inside or on the property at any given time.
6.- Guests will respect and follow all community rules found within the house or on the property.
7.- You agree to acknowledge and accept the following fees:
a) Smoking: $100 USD for each day smoking in the apartment.
b) Late check-out: $20 USD if your departure is not authorized for late check-out.
c) Lost keys: $40 USD for key and lock replacement due to lost keys.
8.- Violation of house rules may result in immediate expulsion of all guests without refund.
9.- You agree to book in good faith and will not attempt to damage the property because you are not satisfied with a decision by Airbnb or the host in case of violation of host rules.
10.- If the breach of house rules leads to having to discount or reimburse the next guest, you are responsible for covering the resulting expenses.
11.- Any violation of the rules by the guest may result in their eviction from the property.
