Great location! Cozy home with a mid-century flair in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Sarasota. Family friendly home with a fenced in back yard. The home is close to all the great things Sarasota has to offer- museums, gardens, theaters, shopping, bayfront, and beaches. The home is about a 15 minute walk to downtown, a 10 minute drive to St. Armands and Lido Key, and a 20 minute drive to Siesta Key beach. The home is also in walking distance from Payne Park and the Legacy Trail. This is great for biking and walking. One dog will be considered with a non-refundable pet fee of $150.

We arrived to the most quaint & eccletic neighborhood. The home so cute and very pleased with the private backyard fenced. We were just minutes from the beaches and everything else. We were very happy and felt safe

Family visit
Great location, quiet neighborhood, beautifully decorated which made for a wonderfully relaxing stay. Cooked a number of meals there. The screened in patio was a highlight for meals and for hanging out. Highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. House was just as pictured, very comfy and homey. Well furnished. Also, enjoyed time on the lanai. Location for us was perfect! Short walk to downtown and very close to Legacy Trail. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home
We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was layed out perfectly, spacious, everything needed was there. It was close to Payne park and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Treats for all on kitchen counter, we had a great stay! Thank you.

This home is PERFECT - gives you "all the feels". From the moment I walked in the door, I felt a sense of peace and calm; beautifully decorated, and to say it is clean is an understatement! The neighborhood is quiet and safe; not far from downtown at all. The yard is private and the screened in patio is a nice added space for outdoor dining too. The home is fully stocked with all the comforts of home! The host is responsive and respectful of your space as well. Such a nice experience. Will be back for sure!

Wonderful Getaway
Charming home and well appointed for a lengthy stay. We cooked in and enjoyed the screen porch! Neighborhood is quiet, safe, and so convenient to downtown Sarasota. We’d love to stay again sometime. Leslie is so thoughtful and communicative.

NEPA travelers
Mid century oasis close to all that Sarasota has to offer. Hostess’s recommendations were on the money. The house had all amenities expected of a rental, and then some. Lanai was well laid out and gave 180degree visual for our dog who played safely. Interior was well appointed, comfortable and convenient. Kitchen was laid out perfect to our cooking needs. We would like to thank our hostess, Leslie, who was always available for questions or suggestions. We especially recommend this property for folks traveling with a pet.

Wonderful
House was clean and so well stocked..lots of details to make our stay so comfortable. Everything was so well appointed..furniture..beds ..kitchen. The screened in porch was a plus. We enjoyed the location. Leslie was so easy to work with. Just one of our best stays in Florida!

Terrific House & Great Host
This is one of the most comfortable VRBO’s we have ever experienced. The furnishings are lovely. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a nice screened porch dining area. The queen bed is great. We also very much appreciated the quick and accurate communication with Leslie. Five stars all the way!!

Great place to stay
We had a great stay at the Chilltime house. It was very clean and well stocked; is in a very convenient location (only about 1 mile to downtown Sarasota); in a nice quiet neighborhood. The screened porch with a ceiling fan is a great asset. We used the gas grill a few times and ate many meals on the screened porch, and the private fenced yard was really good for us and our dog. I would definitely recommend this house, and the owner was easy to reach and is good about communication.

Couldn't have asked for more!
What a great 2 weeks we had at Leslie's house in Sarasota. The house was super-clean and situated in a safe, quiet neighborhood just east of downtown. We had everything we needed to be able to cook all our meals there and enjoyed dinner on the great screened in porch every night. There's also a big backyard. Leslie was a wonderful, responsive host and her house was perfect for us. We'll be heading back in the future, for sure.

Chill, a very cool thrill!
We've visited Sarasota for the past dozen years, and nothing comes close to Leslie and Jerry's Chill house. Exactly as the listing states: "(seriously) great location! Charming home." A home of quiet elegance and easy living, full of light, energy, and good vibes, just like its generous "landlords." We lived at Chill for a 3-month working winter, which could not have been more pleasant, enjoyable, and productive. Cannot think of a single necessity or detail not thoughtfully provided for. And don't even get us started on that fenced back yard (which our dog Gaia was gaga for) and the screened lanai (on which we enjoyed almost every home meal), to say nothing of the peacefully quiet neighborhood. Chill is our new choice in Sarasota for as long as possible. Cheers and congrats, Leslie and Jerry. Chill is truly top shelf.

Very nice rental
This is our second stay at Chill Time. Very nice rehab of a Paver Park home with very tastefully done kitchen. Close to downtown/nice neighborhood

This vacation home is beautifully decorated, making you feel right at home.
The house is very clean and well equipped with everything you might need to enjoy your vacation in siesta key. Beds are super comfortable. Leslie the owner was always responsive We would love to stay at this property again next time we visit Siesta Key.

Very nice remodel-many of the updates were done similar to what we would do, eg kitchen cabinets.
Paver Park is a very nice neighborhood. We are house hunting in Sarasota and this is one of our preferred neighborhoods. Overall summary: nice neighborhood, close to downtown, house nicely remodeled and attentive homeowner.

The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown, and short drive to the beaches. The house was very nice with comfortable furniture and well equipped kitchen, nice screened in porch for dining and lounging. Great extras including hammock under a large live oak tree and beach gear. An excellent value!
