Please Note:
1. PET FRIENDLY: We love your furry friends! A fee of $150 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $400 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.
2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.
3. Note, we do have a security camera at the home and it is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. It is facing the exterior of the home. There are no cameras inside the home.
4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.
6. We offer complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night and we will provide you with a swift response!

Gem is Sarasota
House was exactly as described. Many outdoor areas to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Super clean and decorated beautifully. There was 4 adults in our party and this house was perfect. Communication with host was very prompt.We would recommend this property to anyone!

Nice place
The place was nice and at the end of a lane. Overall, the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen and living room spaces were spacious. The only drawback was the lack of curtain coverage. When we slept and the auto outdoor light popped on, the light shined right at the headboard and into my eyes. Full curtains that cover the full window frames and that are not sheer would be beneficial. . .There also were plenty of towels and pillows and even some bottled water in the fridge.

Perfect Getaway
This house was perfect for our 4 person getaway. Located on a small quiet street but accessible to everything . It’s only 2 blocks away from Sarasota’s Legacy Trail that you can walk or use the bikes that are included with the rental. We also made use of the beach chairs and cooler provided on our beach day. Any questions I had, Baxtie replied immediately!! Would love to stay here again!!

Great house!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space. We loved that she has beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler that we could take to the beach. Baxtie was great at communicating and very quick to respond. The house is very close to the beautiful beaches at Siesta Key - it’s only 6-7 miles but takes about 20 minutes just because of traffic. Siesta Key is gorgeous!

Sarasota Vacation
We LOVED this house. It was immaculately kept, clean, well stocked and so comfortable. The location was very central and close to downtown and the beaches. One of the bedrooms had a desk and computer which made it easy to do a little work while we were there. There were great outdoor spaces too. The host was excellent and easy to communicate with and super responsive. The house was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. It’s the best vacation rental experience we have had and will look forward to returning.

Comfortable Place
The property is great, and we used all of it. Lots of TVs and nice kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet. Lot's of parked vehicles in the area, but otherwise very mellow. Easy stroll to a great walking trail, and the nearby YMCA is nearby and has indoor and outdoor facilities.
