Great location! Close proximity to places I planned to go. Property looks nice externally. Inside the home looks nice and has fresh paint that I'm sensitive to but still ok. Love the massage chair. Have enough kitchen supplies for my purpose. There are tiny bugs crawling/crowding around bathroom sink in master suite upstairs,and in bedroom downstairs. Otherwise, good place to stay.

Great property
The house is very well located, 15min from both Lido and Siesta keys by car. Very comfortable, and well equipped. We were a party of five so there was a bedroom that we didn’t use. Everything you need is available and everything works properly. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a very good price-quality ratio.

Nice short stay in Sarasota
Overall the property is very nice and well kept. Neighborhood is good. Be aware that the high school is nearby so make allowances for traffic if you are there during school time.

A terrific house, close to everything in Sarasota
Our sunny 3 bedroom abode was a spacious and comfortable place for spending our two weeks in Sarasota. The upstairs master bedroom offered a king size bed, and a beautiful, walk-in shower as well as a Jacuzzi. Particularly enjoyable was the shaded patio and pergola. We made several meals in a comfortably large kitchen. Several minor inconveniences were readily handled by the evolve team. The dishwasher was a problem as it never seemed to fully empty of dishwater. This is a busy neighborhood with lots of steady traffic, including emergency vehicles with sirens as a trauma hospital is only a couple blocks away. However, it never seemed to interrupt our sleep, which was consistently comfortable.
