Overpriced
"Basic cable" isn't even that -- just Roku. Washing machine in unlocked garage. Door locks were loose and barely work. Only a single exit to building. Property manager never called as promised. A mediocre property priced much too high. Well located. Well stocked. Quiet. Advertised as having "garden," which is untrue. Had to wash dishes before using. Dusty bedroom floor. Interior doors don't fit or fully close.

Over Priced
This property is way overpriced for what host is providing. Outside of property and inside is not up to the price tag they are offering it for. Host is not good at communicating.

The owner was very accommodating with our extremely short notice booking due to a family emergency and questions were answered immediately. The house is perfect for 2 people. Quick drive to the beach and parks. We enjoyed our stay!

The property was clean, easy access to downtown, quiet and met all my needs. The owner was immediately responsive to any questions I had. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cute Bungalow
The size of the property was perfect for two although it does sleep 4 with a pullout sofabed in the Living Room. Positive feedback: The bungalow is renovated with a nice Kitchen and newer appliances and a good sized bathroom and shower. Not far from either Lido or Siesta Key beaches. Some personal preferences: Newer pots/pans in Kitchen would be nice, install Living Room TV in Bedroom and get larger TV for Living Room as sofa is too far away for the size TV in the Living Room. Renters should have access to laundry which is onsite, but I believe not to be used by renters. Renters should be provided beach chairs beach umbrella and a number of beach sized towels. Other notable items: Traffic in downtown Sarasota during the month of March is terrible due to construction and tourists/school break. Property is located on fairly busy street with no private outdoor seating. Table and chairs are under carport and visible from the street.

Perfect for Ringling College
We rented this house for a few days when moving our son into the dorms on campus. It was very convenient to walk back and forth. We stayed 4 nights; maybe that is longer than most renters, but we had to buy more washcloths since there is not a washer/dryer. The dorm room-sized ironing board was a problem, also. Other than that, this is a great property, and we would definitely book it for family weekend or other visits... like graduation in 4 years!

Best Kept Secret!
Been coming to Sarasota for past 10 years. Perfect location! Couldn't have asked for anything more. The home was nicely renovated. All modern conveniences. Great value! We spent every day out and about exploring Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island and Sarasota. Fabulous restaurants and shopping! Siesta Key really is the most beautiful and perfect beach! #1 beach in the US. This trip confirmed it...we are moving here this fall.
