There is a stocked kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, (no stove). Hulu w showtime, Netflix and amazon prime.

Definitely a gem in downtown Orlando
The property is very clean and cozy. The perfect size for a couple. I loved how everything was within walking distance. It is a perfect location for the Orlando Half Marathon. I recommend it and hope it is available next time that I need to go to Orlando.

Vey nice and convienent to downtown
Why spend $500 for a downtown hotel when you can find these gems smack in the middle of everywhere? The location allowed us to Uber in and walk under 20 minutes to almost everything!

Perfect for a quick downtown stay
We needed a place to overnight after a US Women's National Soccer Team game, and this cozy little apartment met our needs. We really just needed a place to change clothes, sleep, and shower. All was good here. Bed was comfy, location was great (nice walk to the stadium, with lots of restaurants and bars on the way), and we enjoyed our stay. Price is reasonable for the accommodations and central location to so much that's great in ORL's downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. I hope the owners never sell out and let some condo take over this sweet piece of historic 407real estate.

Great location but they don't tell you where your going until 15 min before check in.
Clean room great location but TV didn't work. Or you had to be a I.T. guy to figure it out. A little noisy.

It was ok
For the event that I had to go to it was an ok stay. It was a convenient location for the wedding. I expected something modern honestly. I have stayed in plenty of hotels and condos. I was expecting more from this place and more pics to help my decision when I first purchased.

Cute spot!
We came into town for the night for a concert at the Dr Phillips Center. This place is close to everything. Only had to walk 10 minutes to get anywhere. Definitely small but plenty of room for us. The shower was a litttle too small for my taste but fine. Also the water never really got hot, just warm. Other than that loved the place. Clean and inviting.

Small but totally comfortable and clean
This apartment was perfect for the 2 of us for 2 nights. When I first arrived and actually saw how small it was I thought my husband and I would be bumping into each other, but that was not the case. Easy access to get in, parking was great and it's a fantastic location to downtown. We were only 3 miles from the venue of the wedding we were attending so being close to everything was a plus.
