Quick Orlando Trip Perfect location to everything. All attractions within 30 min. Host was very responsive and helpful. Definitely would book again.

Perfect for our visit! While the garage door was a bit strange at first, it turned out to be a wonderful feature to enjoy FL warmth. Eveything was exceptionally comfortable for 2 people and while small by square footage, it felt luxurious and spacious. The entire booking process was smooth and communication with the host and property manager was easy. We would certainly stay here again on future visits!

Great stay! We enjoyed our stay. The bathroom was beautiful and luxurious- I almost didn't believe the pictures! Good neighborhood and not that far from Universal. I chose 4 stars because of a few things in the bedroom. We had trouble with the A/C and keeping the bedroom cool at night, and the mattress was sunken in. The outlet didn't charge my phone the first night. The throw pillows were a little stinky too.. everything else -kitchen and living area- was clean, functional, and very pretty. Overall, great stay.

Great place, Great neighborhood Recently renovated, very nice place with a nice large shower. Private with close parking right next to front door. Quite and safe neighborhood, not far from restaurants & grocery. Great communication with host. Will definitely stay here again on return trip to Orlando.

Rebecca A really creative garage conversion that has been made into a modern apartment for a single or couple to use. Amazing bathroom, comfy bed and nice outdoor area. There is no oven or any real items for people that want to cook at home other than pots and pans.

Wonderful Rental We stayed at this unit when visiting our daughter in Baldwin Park. It was even larger than I expected. It was very clean and well supplied. The king bed was so comfortable, and it was in a quiet quaint neighborhood. I will definitely try to stay here again in the future! The owner was always quick to respond and very helpful. 🤗

Very comfy! Nice rental. Our hostess was very attentive to our request for more towels, but note the towels are very thin. Bed very comfy! No dishwasher or condiments provided. But good provision for kitchen supplies.

Lovely accommodations in quiet neighborhood This was our first time booking a vrbo property, and we weren't disappointed. The place was well appointed, thoughtfully decorated, clean, and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We were in town for a wedding and the vrbo was almost half the price of the hotel recommended by the wedding couple. The only hiccup we had was that the description said that toiletries, like soap and shampoo, would be included, so we purposely didn't pack those items. Due to COVID-19, though, I guess that was suspended, and the host was quick to rectify that for us. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hidden gem, close to Winter Park attractions Antoinette is an amazing host and has created a beautiful, serene oasis that is self-contained and close to everything. The neighbourhood is quiet, the property is immaculate, there is a cute little outdoor area, and the bathroom / shower is incredible! The hosts have thought about every little detail and Antoinette was super responsive and flexible on any questions. Highly recommend this property and hosts!

First granddaughter During these trying times nothing could have been better than meeting our first granddaughter in this wonderful cottage. The open air surroundings made for a healthy retreat. Beautiful weather and comfortable areas inside and out added to our stay. We will definitely plan to return to this marvelous mid-century masterpiece.

Hospitable host and location. This is a clean, comfortable place to stay for 2 people. The location is in a family oriented neighborhood where people are friendly and you can get out and walk. There are several good restaurants and shopping within 15 minutes. Downtown is a 15-20 minute drive. A car is handy at this location, but Uber and Lyft rides are very accessible. Antoinette was very helpful and accessible both before and during our stay. She responded quickly to our questions and met us upon arrival, even though arrangements were made to access the rental without personal assistance. We will stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality Antoinette and Josh!

Wonderful Stay Our stay at Antoinette's property was sensacioanal. The house really is everything it says in the advert, it has a cosy feel and is very pleasant, as is the neighbourhood. I would recommend it to everyone on VRBO.
