This newly remodeled four bedroom, two and a half bath home with private pool, movie room, pool table, is located 6 miles from Universal Studio's & 13 miles from Disney World.

Our spacious, 3200 square foot home is in a private residential community. This professionally decorated home provides excellent accommodations with only the top-of-the-line furnishings and bedding. The kitchen has been remodeled as well as the bathrooms. The carpet and all flooring are new and give guests the feeling of luxury and comfort.

*Master Bedroom - main floor with king size bed and private master bath, 3 slat sliding door to pool/yard with hammock.
*2nd Bedroom - upstairs 1 king size bed; shares bathroom with
bedroom 3 & 4.
*3rd Bedroom - upstairs with a double bottom bunk, twin top bunk and a twin slide out bunk; shares bathroom with bedroom 2
*4th Bedroom/movie room - upstairs with a double sized futon made into bed upon request.
*1/2 Bathroom - downstairs next to entry way and living room.
*Office- downstairs near front door and half bath, this room has privacy shutters and has a queen size bed. Also included is a new leather sofa that can be made into a comfortable queen sized bed upon request. This room has the computer and printer.
*Fully equipped upgraded wood cabinets & granite counter top Kitchen with island and bar stools.
*remodeled master bathroom & upstairs bathroom.

*2 Queen size blowup air mattresses (2 ft off ground) with bedding. Also, one twin blow up bed. These can be setup prior to arrival.

** Do not park on the street, only driveway or/and garage. Only one side of the double garage can be used for parking. Ping Pong & Hockey Table are setup in garage.
** No large events or parties are allowed at this home. It is in a private residential community, and any events of this kind will be shut-down.
** No loud music outside after 10:00pm.
** Outside Security Cameras located at front of house & front door.

Nice house with secluded pool area and plenty of room Was very relaxing. Only thing was someone left their foggy bag out front and let their dog go poop in yard. That wasn’t too nice. Otherwise stay was Awesome!

Family Disney Vacation Awsome place. Family loved the heated pool especially after all the walking at the amusement parks. Everything worked as promised.

Family Vacation Communication with the property manager was outstanding. Any questions we had were addressed right away. House had lots of space. We had 3 couples plus 4 kids 6-12 in our group and had plenty of space to sleep and spread out a little. I wavered in between 4 and 5 for the overall rating. Decided on 5 stars because the exceptional service from the property manager. Also the location was great. Nice and safe neighborhood with a grocery store just over a mile away.

Beautiful Property & Neighborhood I stayed with a total of 10 adults and a 2 year old. The home was beautiful as well as the neighborhood. It was a safe area. About 30 minutes away from Disney and about 15-20 minutes away from Universals. The house was very clean upon arrival. The host Steve was very easy to get in touch with when we wanted to add heating to the pool. He was quick to respond and easy to work with even prior to the stay. I contacted him two times before our stay with questions and he responded right away and was very nice and patient. I would definitely stay here again!

Fun Experience This house was spacious and very enjoyable. The master bedroom is huge with a top tier bathroom. There were games and a movie room that was at use. Nothing I can complain about.

Great space! Wonderful home, very welcoming host that was very accessible. Loved the neighborhood, house and pool! We had 11 people staying here comfortably. I would for sure recommend this home!

Bummer My wife and I planned to take grandchildren to Disney however I sustained hip fracture and couldn’t make it. Our kids said it was very nice.

Excellent Getaway We had a very relaxing and fun trip to Orlando, and this house was a big part of that. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool and pool table more than anything else. The location was convenient, with shopping and the theme parks nearby. We'll definitely return.

Vacation from Hell Couch in living room peeling no face towel tryed cook on grill ran out propane kitchen stove doesn’t work had cook on hot plate white couch supposed be white it was dingy looking room my girls supposed slept in all the sheet n pillow case dirty had wash everything there pool n around it was dirty and falling Apart chairs was broken in closet had dirty pillows in it I can go on n on it’s was disaster from hell for money I spent almost $2000 dollars for that place needs to be shut down permanently

Pool was a hit Media centers very disappointing. The games (we did follow instructions provided) never worked after many efforts from different people. Never could get the surround sound working in movie room. Sliding glass doors very dangerous...in fact my mother-in-law got her finger caught while closing the kitchen door (could have been a hospital run). Since we were not there most of the time we did enjoy the pool when we were there.

Wonderful experience! Very clean and quiet neighborhood. We had a long weekend to relax and enjoy with family. The house was fully equipped and the overall process was smooth.

Had an awesome experience. My birthday was just magical at this place. I will recommend more to go Simply an amazing place to be at. Had lots of fun. Good neighborhood.
