Some beds were little uncomfortable
Overall it was good. As some have said neighborhood a little questionable and noisy at night time on a few nights loud. But everyone we talk to were nice and friendly. I think the one bedroom with the full bed, if it had updated window you would not here the noise.otherwise the house was very nice.

Great spot!
Really nice and comfortable home. Plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to everything you need. Host was a wonderful communicator and super helpful. Even jumped on a video call to help us with the TV! I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent spot, small neighborhood
The house itself was excellent, clean, and well kept. However we couldn’t really go outside at night, as there were a few “characters” outside. However we were left alone and had a wonderful time.

Nice home, good location but neighborhood questionable
Home is as described. It very nice on the inside and is clean. The location is perfect for quick access to downtown Orlando. However, the neighborhood isn't the best. Maybe it was just when we were there, but there were angry arguments with violence being threatened going on outside. These arguments woke some of us up at 3am. Those of us with wives left to go to a hotel the next day. But two stayed without incident.

As Advertised
This was a great experience for us. We needed a place that was affordable and close to SeaWorld and Discovery Cove and it was within 20 minutes as Ayesha has stated. The place was clean and well kept. We found everything we needed. Regular coffee and filters would have been a good add. The TVs didn't work that great. Not all would with the remotes. Thanks for everything Ayesha we hope to return next year

Christmas Vacat
I stayed with my family at this property over the holidays. We mostly needed a place to sleep since we spent most of the daytime with family who lives in Orlando. The house is spacious and we were able to accommodate my group of 8 adults and a toddler comfortably. The temperature went down to 30 degrees that weekend and unfortunately we did not have heat the first night/day we were there. Apparently there was a glitch in the heating system which was corrected. Ayesha quickly responded when I reached out and was diligent in getting someone to the house to address the issue (on Christmas Eve). She was pleasant and efficiently resolved the problem in a timely manner. The property itself is a rather old house with some renovations that makes it look better online than what it really is. The master bathroom seems recently renovated, however the second bathroom is old and a yellow liquid was leaking from the air vent at some point. The master bed is old and had pieces of wood hanging under it. The kitchen could use a refurbishing. I had to use a fork to flip an omelette as there were no cooking utensils. The neighborhood is not pretty and we were not impressed with the atea. My overall experience was okay. If you are only looking for a place to sleep at a reasonable price and don’t mind the area, the place is not bad. Definitely give Ayesha a 10 out of 10 for customer service and her fast response.

Great experience
My husband, friends, and I stayed here for a weekend. We had a wonderful experience. The house is nice and updated, it provided everything we needed. We had questions about the A/C system and the property owner was very helpful and prompt in responding. Also, the home was 10-15 minutes away from restaurants and grocery store. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Property Manager
Upon walking into the home, the place looked beautiful. Even still, we needed to communicate with the property manager about a couple of things. She responded with complete professionalism, care, and concern. She immediately acknowledged the concern and promptly provided the solution. Our family was grateful and appreciated her commitment to providing quality services. She further followed up to ensure that our needs were met and inquired how she could do anything else. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay at her property. I would rate her customer service well above 10! Best property manager ever!!! Highly recommend staying in her homes.
