I hated to leave
The property was just as advertised on the site. Very clean and I am very picky about where I stay. Just off of international drive so it was very convenient for everything I did while here. I love that it had a full kitchen, garden tube and shower. The view off the balcony was amazing. The check in process was an issue for me only because I was a little confused on the room and there was no one on site that could help me and the customer service representatives were absolutely no help so I had to get the receptionist for the property to help me when they are not supposed to be involved. Other than that I will be returning in the future and making sure I pay more attention to details.

I am highly untrusting in so many areas, it’s kind of shameful to admit just how UN-trusting. This was our first VRBO stay & we (husband, kid & I) we’re all extremely happy with every aspect of our stay. We were very centrally located to Disney, Universal & shopping.

Good short stay
This place was okay for the two nights we needed, but I was ready to leave. There is a generator that kicks on every day near the pool. Very annoying. Construction noises all around. Bring your earbuds! The balcony was nice and the room had the basics. The “extras” closet was a great feature.

Good place to stay
The only thing that I didn’t like is that I had to pay extra for parking. It was kind of a hassle since I had a rental I couldn’t register the car before I flew in. I didn’t realize it until I was checking in. Maybe I missed it in the description when I selected the property. Not a huge deal. Just wish I knew. Maybe it should be in bold letters or stand out somehow.

TV buffers a lot, could use some USB ports, windows have mold, good value, vaulted ceiling in Bedroom and large bathroom. Fairly clean and comfortable.

Okay at best
The checkin process was great however the property was average at best. Really nothing in the immediate area which was disappointing. You could just walk around the property. We made the best of it

Property is close to everything, City Walk, Universal, grocery stores, shopping. Also have a trolly near by for getting around. Enjoyed our stay.

Total False Advertisement!
This place is not at all what they show nor say online! The shower clogged where you’re standing in the water from the shower and who knows who else’s shower water because clearly it’s been a problem they had maintenance come up to the room and “resolve” it when we came back and showered same thing! The rugs are filthy couch was dirty and outdated! Someone else’s hair all through the sheets that we took from closet (should be clean right) I could go on but I think that’s enough.

My Stay
Overall my stay was great at The Pointe, this is actually the second time I’ve stayed at this location. This time I reserved the run through VRBO/Sonder. Other than the pictures not being accurate of the location of the room, everything was great!

We came down to visit Universal and Disney and this location was perfect for us. The apartment was the right size. Close to everything and we were able to grab a shuttle from hotel/apartment to Universal. Making it easy and very convenient with no parking issues.

It was clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and everything we needed it to be! Parking was a little dicey Friday & Saturday night, too many cars and not enough space but other than that we were very happy!
