About this House
This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
You can't get any closer to the water than Shores of Panama room 1206. This charming studio unit (Sleeps 3) located on the 12th floor is darling. It's the perfect getaway spot for couple's or smaller families. This unit features a king size bed, fully equipped kitchen and full size washer/dryer. This cute shabby chic decorated room has reclining sofa, HDTV mounted television with a dvd player. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, if you wish. There is also an ottoman that folds out into a twin size mattress.

This tropical lagoon pool is surrounded by the greenest and most gorgeous landscapes. Thirsty? Hungry? The 12th floor is high enough for a great view but not so high you spend all your time waiting on elevators. Just enough for two
We came to town for a vacation/family reunion and this condo was the perfect place to wind down from the day and recharge. Loved the security of the place as well. The view was amazing. The short walk to the beach was surreal. And the close amenities made everything go smoothly. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Unit 1206 is great! Nice little studio getaway. We had a great vacation. The resort is nice. It was very crowded but we didn’t have any problems. The only negative I could say anything about was that the parking garage is a nightmare but overall we had a great time and it’s a nice place. Thx

Waive Cleaning Fees
Loved the property, & location. Had trouble with room pin pad to enter. Parking is very tight in garage. No desk persons on staff. We left the room cleaner than we found it!!

We had an amazing stay at the shores of Panama had no complaints at all the only negative thing about the property is the stressful parking garage. Overall would definitely recommend this property for a great vacation.

Perfect for couples
My husband and I stayed here for a last minute weekend getaway and it was great! The view is amazing. You get a view of the pool and beach. Location is amazing. Room was clean. My only complaint is that we didn’t have an iron. Not sure if it just wasn’t included or if we overlooked it. Overall, we loved our stay and will likely book again.

The condo itself was just right. The experience was much to be desired. The presence of mobs every afternoon into the night with chanting and blatant drug/alcohol use requiring the presence of multiple police officers ruined the entire experience at this location. Surrounding condos and locations did not appear to be having this issue. We will be staying elsewhere if we return.
