Perfect little getaway. Everything is easily accessible. Quick service restaurant, tiki bar, and convenient store on site. We love the friendly staff at the Summit!

Family Vacation
The unit itself is nice and lots of room for a family. The Summit is older and going thru updates. It was super busy while we were there and lots of people smoking cigarettes and weed so hard to enjoy sitting on balcony. We never used the pool because it closed so early but they do offer movies at night by the pool and they have a little “cafe” and bar which are very reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay!

The condo itself was really nice the property was not the pools and hot tu s close at 7 u have to buy armbands to enter the facility which was not discused in listing if you have 5 kida and yiur staying for acouple days you gotta pay an extra $120 for armbands i personall would never stay there again

Worst VRBO experience in 8 years
The property itself is run down & in need of an extreme makeover. Units are run down & the facility is old. We went to bath our daughter & the tub was full of toilet brushes, garbage cans & toilet plungers. Nasty dirty & carelessly left by the cleaners. No cleaning supplies were in the condo. Bathroom was dingy & cleaned haphazardly. We pulled the sheets down to find dirt & debris in the bed. We immediately called property management to ask for help. It was around 7:15pm on a Friday. No call back. We texted, no response. The condo was advertised as having a washer/dryer. There were no such appliances. Had to walk on the other side of the property to find a run-down, absolutely disgusting public laundry room. None of the machines were usable. Some were filled with dirty, stagnant water; one had caked on old powder detergent; complete filth & should be condemned. No way anyone in right mind would put their clothes in here. 2/5 dryers were duck-taped shut. I couldn't do laundry. Walked all the way back to the condo to find my wife disgusted with the overall cleanliness of the place. Still no call or text back. I called & left another message and text that we were no staying there and left. Didn't spend the night, had to drive across town to find a hotel. Management still hasn't returned my calls to make things right. VRBO has been no help either. Points the finger back to the management company. Neither party have been professional in resolving this. DO BETTER VRBO.

Great stay
Condo was clean and updated. Loved being on the 2nd floor. Listing says 3rd but it’s the 2nd floor. There was no washer and dryer and it says there is. No a problem bc we were there a short stay but more towels should be provided. Overall we enjoyed it and would stay again.

Not the best
I'll say there were good and bad. I would have said "maybe" instead of yes or no. This is a very large complex. We were surprised at the amount of people, especially children at this time of year. Adults monopolized the hot tubs, eating and drinking, yuck! and hanging out in the hot tub for hours, Also, children under 12 without adult supervision were in the hot tub. Lots of children and I don't mind the noise, but the screaming is very annoying. Security guards stood around but looked the other way. The friendliest people were the ones manning the gate at the entrance. Condo was not very clean, area rug was filthy, couch was dirty. The furniture was very uncomfortable. The bed was very nice. And the location on the second floor was wonderful, could take the stairs and didn't have to wait for elevators. There were several casual restaurants within walking distance. Would we book again, no.

Absolutely loved this Condo
This condo was on the perfect location. The condo inside is really nice and was very clean. Loved the music they played during the day and night. Loved the balcony view and just how clean they keep the grounds. Would recommend to anyone to rent here. Had a lovely stay.

Pretty good
It’s a closed in property so we felt safe the entire time. Everyone was nice and helpful. Even the other people staying there were nice. Felt like I could leave stuff out and no one would steal it.
