Your next "home away from home" is located in The Village condominium complex which sits along the renowned Scenic Highway 30A nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beaches.
This condo is equipped with the best life has to offer:

• extra long, built-in twin bunk beds for additional sleeping
• large, walk-in marble shower
• flat panel, wall mounted tv
• full size refrigerator

• toaster/convection oven, cooktop w/ pans
• Keurig coffee maker
• quartz countertop dining/work area with seating for two
On the day you arrive, you'll carry your bags to your new home and you may well find it is the last time you visit your car until the day you depart. The beach, an oasis of a pool, stellar entertainment, fabulous restaurants and unique shopping venues are all within a comfortable walking distance.
The newly completed resort complex is just steps away…enjoy the two pools (one is seasonally heated), hot tub and interactive fountain all nestled amongst comfy seating and tropical landscaping. If you are headed to the beach, simply catch a ride on the community tram which runs from March through October. Don't feel like riding — the pristine white sands of the coast are waiting for you just a 5-minute walk away!
Head downstairs after a relaxing day and enjoy some pizza from a 30A favorite, Pizza By the Sea, or sample scrumptious Tex-Mex at La Cocina Mexican Bar and Grill. Peddler’s Pavilion offers more small eateries and seasonal concert series for your enjoyment. After you've sampled all the fantastic amenities located a minute or two from your front door, take a short walk over to Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach for more shopping and dining!

Effective 2022 The Village HOA has banned the use of golf carts, scooters and Mokes. Golf carts / low speed vehicles are not allowed in the neighboring areas of Peddler’s Pavilion, Rosemary and Alys Beaches.

Beautiful stay!
We enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for our small family! Loved the convenience of the toaster oven and electric griddle to cook some meals at the condo. Would definitely return for our future family vakays!

Wonderful location and great set up!
This property is located just behind Pizza By The Sea at the Village area in Rosemary. It's a 3-5 minute walk to the private beach. The property is updated & the perfect space for 2-4 people. While there is no oven, there's a hot plate, toaster oven & pots and pans so we were able to make biscuits and eggs for breakfast. The full-size fridge allowed us to store all of the food we needed during our stay. The owners thought of everything you need-they had 2 beach chairs, beach umbrellas. The king-size bed was very comfortable and our son slept on the top bunk and we used the bottom bunk to store belongings. The bathroom had a beautiful shower and came with more towels than were specified on the listing. The kitchen also had a Keurig as well as a regular coffee maker. All appliances worked well and there was adequate lighting. The room was extremely humid, due to the FL weather. A dehumidifier would be great in the room as it was difficult to dry towels, but that would be a luxury. The only other suggestion we have is it would have been nice to have a few hooks just outside of the shower to hang towels. Other than those small suggestions, the place is beautifully decorated, well equipped with all of the things you need for a short stay and is conveniently located to the restaurants, shops, and beaches, We will be back!!! Loved it!

Clean studio in an amazing location
The studio was perfect for our stay in Rosemary Beach. Check in process was very easy. The studio is very clean and the perfect size for my husband and I. What we enjoyed most was the studio's location. You don't have to walk far to get to great shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay for our Family
This studio was the perfect spot for our family. Our 6 & 4 year old loved the bunk beds! The beds were comfortable. The location is the best. We spent most of our days at the pool which is super close and took the tram to the beach a couple days. This is our second year staying at The Villages at Seacrest and we will continue to bring our family here every year!

Pricey Plain Jane in the Village
The room was really just like a motel room. Nothing more. Tastefully decorated with sufficient amenities. But the laminate floor was pealing and creaked when walking on it. The room smelled musty and I was overwhelmed with the smell from the cleaning agent used on the carpet. Although hard the bed slept okay. The ceiling fan was a real asset. The pools were nice. Access to LaCo and other eating places a plus.

Fabulous stay!!
This is such a lovely property that is located in a perfect area and so many things to do. There are so many options for things to do. Aside from how nice it is in terms of location, the condo itself is wonderful and Sandra was great to work with and very attentive to every last detail. The condo is decorated in a clean, beachy vibe, and the beds are so comfortable. Also, they have just about everything you need to get your vacation started- soap, toiletries, etc. This was our third stay in this unit and we will be back.
